【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放的腳步不斷推進，人們注重對生活質(zhì)量的提高，壓抑的城市生活使人們憧憬自然的優(yōu)美享受，人們渴望回歸自然，而休閑農(nóng)業(yè)既有觀光娛樂的特點，也同時具備體驗自然風(fēng)光的條件。與此同時，我國快速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟也要求對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進行調(diào)整，休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的內(nèi)容與本質(zhì)決定其是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要手段之一。怎樣才能把我國復(fù)雜多類的農(nóng)業(yè)資源和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)有效結(jié)合發(fā)展，是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村景觀發(fā)展和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的共同課題。目前，國內(nèi)相關(guān)的理論尚缺乏系統(tǒng)性、整體性，尤其是休閑農(nóng)業(yè)體驗?zāi)Ｊ皆谛蓍e農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計中的運用依舊值得研究。 本文創(chuàng)新點在于：第一，本文立足于我國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的實際情況，采用縱向及橫向的方法進行研究；第二，立足于當(dāng)今體驗經(jīng)濟時代的發(fā)展形勢，以研究休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計作為切入點，重視體驗在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計中的重要作用，突出交叉學(xué)科理論的觀念在園區(qū)建設(shè)中的指導(dǎo)作用，并結(jié)合筆者參與的實踐項目，探索適合中國國情的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法論。 本文主要包括四個方面的內(nèi)容：首先對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的歷史沿革進行系統(tǒng)梳理，闡述國內(nèi)外發(fā)展研究概況，并在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的概念、功能與特性進行分析，，以求系統(tǒng)和清晰地說明休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)問題。其后，分別探索休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的景觀規(guī)劃和體驗?zāi)Ｊ揭?guī)劃的相關(guān)理論，并總結(jié)各自的規(guī)劃原則與方法。這一部分是論文的重點部分，其中休閑農(nóng)業(yè)景觀類型包括為田園景觀，水體景觀、山林景觀、構(gòu)筑物景觀、高新農(nóng)業(yè)景觀和民俗文化景觀，體驗?zāi)Ｊ街饕▽W(xué)習(xí)型體驗、情感型體驗、收獲型體驗、個性型體驗。繼而，分析浙江省休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園經(jīng)典案例，對其進行評價和總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，并通過簡要介紹和分析筆者參與的主要休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計實踐，進一步探索規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論在不同具體實際情況中的實際運用。最后，對各項工作進行總結(jié)，力求為我國現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的發(fā)展提出切實可行的意見。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up in our country, people pay attention to the improvement of life quality. The repressed city life makes people yearn for the beautiful enjoyment of nature, people yearn to return to nature, and leisure agriculture has the characteristics of sightseeing and entertainment. Also has the experience natural scenery condition at the same time. At the same time, the rapid economic development of our country also requires the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure. The content and essence of leisure agriculture determines that it is one of the important means of agricultural industrial structure adjustment. How to develop the complex and multi-type agricultural resources and tourism industry effectively is the common task of agricultural industry development, modern rural landscape development and tourism development. At present, the domestic related theories are still lack of systematicness and integrity, especially the application of leisure agriculture experience mode in the planning and design of leisure agriculture park is still worth studying. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, this article bases on the actual situation of the development of leisure agriculture in our country, adopts the longitudinal and horizontal method to carry on the research; second, based on the development situation of the current experience economy era, Taking the planning and design of leisure agricultural park as the starting point, paying attention to the important role of experience in the planning and design of leisure agricultural park, highlighting the guiding role of the concept of cross-disciplinary theory in the construction of the park, and combining with the practical projects in which the author participated. To explore the planning and design methodology of leisure agriculture park suitable for China's national conditions. This paper mainly includes four aspects: firstly, it systematically combs the history of leisure agriculture park, expounds the development and research situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the concept, function and characteristics of leisure agriculture park on the basis of previous research. In order to systematic and clear explanation of leisure agriculture related problems. Then, the theories of landscape planning and experience mode planning of leisure agriculture garden are explored, and their planning principles and methods are summarized. This part is the key part of the thesis, among which the leisure agriculture landscape includes pastoral landscape, water landscape, mountain forest landscape, structure landscape, high-tech agricultural landscape and folk culture landscape, and the experience mode mainly includes learning experience. Emotional experience, harvest experience, personality experience. Then, this paper analyzes the classic case of Zhejiang leisure agriculture park, evaluates and summarizes its experience, and briefly introduces and analyzes the planning and design practice of the main leisure agricultural park in which the author is involved. Further explore the practical application of planning and design theory in different practical situations. Finally, this paper summarizes the work, and tries to put forward practical suggestions for the development of modern leisure agriculture park in our country.
