可配置太陽能的智能化樓宇設(shè)計

【摘要】:近年來,隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,智能化樓宇也隨之得到社會各界廣泛關(guān)注,它的出現(xiàn)給人們的日常生活帶來了更多的便利與舒適。目前樓宇智能化主要向以下幾個方向發(fā)展:模擬技術(shù)向數(shù)字技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)變、傳輸系統(tǒng)從專有網(wǎng)絡(luò)向IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)轉(zhuǎn)變、系統(tǒng)集成度更高、外觀更加美觀和操作更加簡便。目前,我國智能化樓宇的發(fā)展還處于初步階段,智能化樓宇仍存在以下缺陷:系統(tǒng)集成度不高、傳輸方式單一、未充分利用清潔能源、用戶體驗較差。針對以上我國智能化樓宇發(fā)展中的一些趨勢和缺陷,為適應(yīng)新時代對樓宇智能化的更高要求,本文提出了一個可配置太陽能的智能化樓宇設(shè)計方案。該設(shè)計方案將智能家居集成到智能樓宇中,設(shè)計樓宇通用智能節(jié)點,提高系統(tǒng)集成度;引入無線和有線兩種數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式,選擇性地配置在智能化樓宇中;分別為樓宇管理者與家庭住戶提供監(jiān)控管理平臺,監(jiān)控管理家庭內(nèi)外各智能設(shè)備,增強(qiáng)用戶體驗;選擇性地加入太陽能供電方式,在適用場合采用太陽能供電以充分利用清潔能源。本文設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾點:第一,基于ARM平臺設(shè)計一個帶觸控界面的智能網(wǎng)關(guān),轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)內(nèi)部控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)與公共IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù),并作為智能家居的監(jiān)控管理平臺;第二,采用ZigBee無線技術(shù)與RS-485總線技術(shù)互補(bǔ)結(jié)合的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式,為智能樓宇提供高效、方便、穩(wěn)定的傳輸系統(tǒng);第三,設(shè)計家庭內(nèi)部的智能安防節(jié)點、家電控制節(jié)點,以及樓宇內(nèi)其他智能節(jié)點,用于對各設(shè)備的控制以及安防數(shù)據(jù)的采集;第四,建立樓宇統(tǒng)一管理服務(wù)器,基于MFC平臺設(shè)計樓宇服務(wù)器管理軟件,用于完成樓宇內(nèi)各智能設(shè)備的統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控管理;第五,將太陽能供電作為可配置的供電方式,應(yīng)用在合適的場合。文中系統(tǒng)在繼承傳統(tǒng)智能化樓宇優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上,又著重解決上文提出的智能化樓宇的一些缺陷,旨在為用戶設(shè)計出一個更加方便、安全、節(jié)能的建筑環(huán)境。在最后,根據(jù)預(yù)先的設(shè)計方案系統(tǒng)完成了智能化樓宇的實物模擬,并對該模擬系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能測試,結(jié)果表明文中設(shè)計的智能化樓宇系統(tǒng)各模塊均能完成所設(shè)計的功能,并正常穩(wěn)定地工作,基本符合預(yù)定的設(shè)計需求。在本文的最后,還對系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行展望,并基于本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計中的一些不足和仍需完善之處,提出改進(jìn)方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet of things technology and real estate industry, intelligent buildings have been widely concerned by all walks of life. Its appearance has brought more convenience and comfort to people's daily life. At present, the development of building intellectualization is as follows: analog technology to digital technology, transmission system from proprietary network to IP network, system integration is higher, appearance is more beautiful and operation is more simple. At present, the development of intelligent buildings in our country is still in the initial stage, and the intelligent buildings still have the following defects: the system integration is not high, the transmission mode is single, the clean energy is not fully utilized, and the user experience is poor. In view of some trends and defects in the development of intelligent buildings in China, and in order to meet the higher requirements of building intelligence in the new era, this paper presents a design scheme of intelligent buildings with configurable solar energy. The design scheme integrates smart home into intelligent building, designs general intelligent node of building to improve system integration, introduces wireless and wired data transmission mode, and selectively configures in intelligent building. Provide monitoring and management platform for building managers and household residents, monitor and manage intelligent devices inside and outside the home, enhance the user experience, and selectively join the solar power supply mode, Use solar energy to make full use of clean energy. The design contents of this paper mainly include the following: first, design an intelligent gateway with touch interface based on ARM platform, transmit the data of internal control network and public IP network, and act as the monitoring and management platform of smart home; second, Using ZigBee wireless technology and RS-485 bus technology complementary data transmission mode, for intelligent buildings to provide efficient, convenient and stable transmission system. Third, the design of intelligent home security node, home appliances control node, And other intelligent nodes in the building to control the equipment and security data collection. Fourth, the establishment of a unified building management server, based on the MFC platform to design building server management software, It is used to complete the unified monitoring and management of intelligent devices in buildings. Fifth, solar power supply is used as a configurable mode of power supply in appropriate situations. On the basis of inheriting the advantages of traditional intelligent buildings, the system focuses on solving some defects of intelligent buildings mentioned above, in order to design a more convenient, safe and energy-saving building environment for users. Finally, according to the pre-design scheme, the physical simulation of the intelligent building is completed, and the function of the simulation system is tested. The results show that each module of the intelligent building system designed in this paper can complete the designed function. And the normal and stable work, basically in line with the design requirements. At the end of this paper, the application prospect of the system is prospected, and the improvement method is put forward based on some shortcomings of the system in the design and still need to be improved.
