【摘要】：正胡毅博士和張京祥教授合著的《中國城市住區(qū)更新的解讀與重構(gòu)—走向空間正義的空間生產(chǎn)》,從新馬克思主義經(jīng)典理論出發(fā),把中國住區(qū)更新置于世界城市發(fā)展和積累體制轉(zhuǎn)型背景下,對其歷史、現(xiàn)狀實踐和正義走向進行了全方位的解析和重構(gòu)。全書分為三大部分,共九章。第一部分為理論綜述篇,重點綜述了列斐伏爾、哈維和索亞的空間定義、空間三元辯證理解;第二部分為住區(qū)更新實踐篇,分析了三個典型案例,不僅僅只關注空間的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),還反映了生產(chǎn)的最終結(jié)果,并解釋了空間生產(chǎn)的完整循環(huán)積累
[Abstract]:Interpretation and Reconstruction of the Renewal of Chinese Urban Residential District-towards Space production of Space Justice, co-authored by Dr. Hu Yi and Professor Zhang Jingxiang, starting from the classical theory of neo-Marxism, Under the background of the transformation of the world urban development and accumulation system, this paper analyzes and reconstructs the history, practice and justice trend of Chinese residential district renewal. The book is divided into three parts, a total of nine chapters. The first part is a theoretical review, focusing on the definition of space by Lefeivoll, Harvey and Sawyer, and the three dimensional dialectical understanding of space. The second part is the practice of residential renewal, which analyzes three typical cases. It not only pays attention to the production link of space, but also reflects the final result of production, and explains the complete cycle accumulation of space production.
