【摘要】：澳門新濠天地項目由于處在澳門l9仔大型商業(yè)區(qū),其中有正在運營的多家五星級酒店以及各類品牌零售店。施工過程需要將對現(xiàn)有的建筑以及商業(yè)的影響降至最低,這就給施工方案的選擇以及質(zhì)量的控制帶來了極大的難度。結(jié)合工程的實際情況,通過合理的施工安排以及對樁基以及拆除等關(guān)鍵施工工藝的嚴(yán)格控制,保證了整個工程的順利進(jìn)行,并且有效地保證了工程的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The Macau Melco World Project is located in a large business district of Macau's 19s, including a number of operating five-star hotels and various brand retail stores. The construction process needs to minimize the impact on existing buildings and businesses, which brings great difficulties to the selection of construction schemes and quality control. According to the actual situation of the project, through reasonable construction arrangement and strict control of the key construction technology, such as pile foundation and demolition, the whole project is guaranteed smoothly, and the progress and quality of the project are effectively guaranteed.
