鋼纖維對(duì)混凝土單軸受壓損傷本構(gòu)模型的影響

【摘要】:基于Weibull統(tǒng)計(jì)分布理論和等效應(yīng)變假設(shè),推導(dǎo)出纖維混凝土(SFRC)受壓損傷本構(gòu)模型.為更好地描述鋼纖維對(duì)混凝土受壓損傷的影響,模型中引入考慮纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)與纖維幾何特征的纖維因子.結(jié)合纖維混凝土單軸受壓試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)模型中的參數(shù)進(jìn)行修正,并將修正后的理論曲線與試驗(yàn)曲線進(jìn)行比較.為驗(yàn)證模型的有效性,分別選取壓應(yīng)變?yōu)?.5εpk,2.0εpk處的壓應(yīng)力試驗(yàn)值與預(yù)測(cè)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明:理論曲線與試驗(yàn)曲線吻合較好,該模型在壓應(yīng)變?yōu)?~1.5εpk時(shí)可有效地描述單軸受壓狀態(tài)下纖維混凝土的損傷擴(kuò)展過程以及纖維對(duì)峰值應(yīng)力后的混凝土受壓性能的改善作用.
[Abstract]:Based on the Weibull statistical distribution theory and the equivalent strain hypothesis, the compressive damage constitutive model of fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is derived. In order to better describe the effect of steel fiber on the compressive damage of concrete, the fiber factor, which takes into account the fiber volume fraction and fiber geometry characteristics, is introduced into the model. Based on the uniaxial compression test data of fiber reinforced concrete, the parameters of the model are modified, and the modified theoretical curve is compared with the experimental curve. In order to verify the validity of the model, the compressive stress test values of 1.5 蔚 PKG 2.0 蔚 competition were selected to compare with the predicted values. The results show that the theoretical curve is in good agreement with the experimental curve. The model can effectively describe the damage propagation process of fiber reinforced concrete under uniaxial compression and the effect of fiber on the compressive performance of concrete under peak stress when the compressive strain is 0 ~ 1.5 蔚.
