【摘要】：通過分折城市作為集體記憶的文化價值。重新思考歷史保護的社會意義、以及在維持城市活力和多樣性方面的重要作用,探討城市保護的原真性和完整性原則,如何管理"活的遺產(chǎn)"歷史城市的"變化"問題,倡導(dǎo)以民為本、切宴改善民生的城市保護實踐,井逐步實現(xiàn)歷史環(huán)境的可持續(xù)保護。
[Abstract]:By folding the city as a collective memory of the cultural value. Rethinking the social significance of historical conservation and its important role in maintaining the vitality and diversity of cities, exploring the principles of authenticity and integrity of urban protection, and how to manage the "changes" of "living heritage" and historical cities, It advocates the practice of city protection to improve the people's livelihood and gradually realize the sustainable protection of the historical environment.
