【摘要】：隨著生活水平的日漸提高與生活節(jié)奏的不斷加快，人們希望有一種更為悠閑、高品質(zhì)的，不只是為生計而奔波的生活方式。而在旅游花費上的支出比例也逐年增加。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)正是這樣的一種交叉旅游產(chǎn)品，休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是為滿足人們對精神和物質(zhì)需求而開展的、可吸引游客前來食、住、行、游、購、娛的農(nóng)業(yè)，是多個產(chǎn)業(yè)之間交叉性的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。雖然近些年休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計不乏成功之作，但由于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園的多學科交叉性、地理環(huán)境的特殊性以及維護和管理的復雜性，所以在實際項目的規(guī)劃中仍然出現(xiàn)諸多問題，因此如何在具體的實踐中去完善和改進休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的規(guī)劃，還需要進一步的深入研究。 本文將近些年中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型為大背景，以現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設計為研究對象，在對前人有關休閑農(nóng)業(yè)研究與分析的基礎上結(jié)合項目實例研究，可將研究成果歸納為以下幾點。 一、現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)要選址在交通便捷和具備優(yōu)越區(qū)位條件的地方。 二、充分了解園區(qū)的特點，通過科學的功能區(qū)布局合理利用每一寸土地資源。 三、現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設計要與項目產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃相協(xié)調(diào)。 四、優(yōu)越的生態(tài)環(huán)境是休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園保持旺盛生命力的重要保障。 五、運用研究所得規(guī)劃設計理論指導實際項目建設，并在設計過程中運用數(shù)字化技術可增強休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃設計的科學性、合理性和準確性。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a cross - tourism product which can attract tourists to eat , live , walk , swim , buy and entertainment .

Based on the research and analysis of modern leisure agriculture park , the research results can be summarized as follows .

I . The modern leisure agricultural park shall be located in the place where the traffic is convenient and the conditions of superior location are available .

Second , fully understand the characteristics of the park and reasonably utilize each inch of land resources through the scientific functional area layout .

Thirdly , the planning and design of modern leisure agriculture park should be coordinated with the project industry planning .

Fourthly , the excellent ecological environment is the important guarantee for the leisure agricultural park to maintain vigorous vitality .

Fifth , apply the research institute ' s planning and design theory to guide the actual project construction , and use the digital technology in the design process to enhance the scientific , rationality and accuracy of the planning and design of the leisure agricultural park .
