【摘要】：近幾十年來,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在住宅、工業(yè)、商業(yè)、高層建筑得到了快速發(fā)展。但目前鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程僅僅處于起步階段,中國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)將在未來二十年中快速的成長,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)將成為中國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著我國建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展以及施工技術(shù)的更新,在市場競爭中,施工越來越重視方案的優(yōu)化、施工組織的合理性。施工組織設(shè)計在施工企業(yè)項目管理中的地位越來越重要。 施工組織設(shè)計在擬建項目的全過程中,即從前期準(zhǔn)備到竣工驗收,起到規(guī)劃和指導(dǎo)的作用,是集綜合與控制于一體的技術(shù)文件和經(jīng)濟文件,在工程戰(zhàn)略部署以及戰(zhàn)術(shù)安排上發(fā)揮作用。隨著社會和科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的大型工程項目,對工程項目的工期、安全、質(zhì)量、環(huán)保、成本等目標(biāo)的要求逐漸增高。在新形勢下,對施工組織設(shè)計工程項目提出了更高的要求。 本文分析了現(xiàn)有施工組織設(shè)計出現(xiàn)的問題,指出了施工組織設(shè)計是項目管理系統(tǒng)的一部分,而現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)施工工程的施工組織設(shè)計,通常與施工企業(yè)的管理體系無相關(guān)之處,這樣的施工組織設(shè)計與施工工程的其他管理計劃不但缺少應(yīng)有的聯(lián)系而且還存在著沖突和矛盾。論文分別對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)自身的優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行了綜述,然后對施工組織設(shè)計的特點、編制內(nèi)容以及如何在項目管理中發(fā)揮其實效作用進(jìn)行了闡述,最后以工程實例對建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工組織設(shè)計進(jìn)行編制和分析。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the steel structure has developed rapidly in the housing, industrial, commercial and high-rise buildings. But at present, the steel structure project is only in its infancy. The steel structure will grow rapidly in the next twenty years. The steel structure will become the pillar industry of China. With the rapid development of the construction of the construction of steel structure and the construction technology in China. In the market competition, construction has paid more and more attention to the optimization of the scheme and the rationality of the construction organization. The position of the construction organization design in the project management of the construction enterprises is becoming more and more important.
Construction organization design in the whole process of project construction, that is from preparation to completion acceptance, play the role of planning and guidance. It is a technical document and economic document which integrates comprehensive and control. It plays a role in the strategic deployment and tactical arrangement of the project. With the rapid development of society and Science and technology, more and more large workers are working. In the new situation, higher requirements have been put forward for the construction organization and design project.
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the existing construction organization design, and points out that the construction organization design is part of the project management system, and the construction organization design of most construction projects is usually not related to the management system of the construction enterprises. So the other management plans of the construction organization design and Construction Engineering are not only missing. There are some conflicts and contradictions. The paper summarizes the development of steel structure and the advantages and disadvantages of the steel structure, then expounds the characteristics of the construction organization design, the content and how to play its effective role in the project management. Finally, the construction organization of the construction steel structure is organized by the engineering example. The design is compiled and analyzed.
