基于BIM技術(shù)的綠色建筑集成設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)之間的矛盾日益尖銳,以往建筑工業(yè)所采用的簡單、粗暴的粗放型發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求。如今,越來越多的人意識到節(jié)能、環(huán)保的綠色建筑是未來建筑發(fā)展的必然趨勢。 本文結(jié)合BIM的應(yīng)用技術(shù),對綠色建筑在設(shè)計(jì)階段做了探討。提出綠色建筑的發(fā)展應(yīng)從設(shè)計(jì)源頭開始抓起,采用集成化設(shè)計(jì)管理模式,借助BIM的高科技平臺,運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)構(gòu)建建筑虛擬模型,為綠色建筑的設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的分析。通過對建筑虛擬模型所包含信息的分析,探索出建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)過程中所需的建筑數(shù)據(jù)信息,對建筑物能耗影響因素的顯著性進(jìn)行模擬優(yōu)化分析,為建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)的能耗量化分析提供了重要數(shù)據(jù)信息依據(jù)。最后通過建立BIM-GRA模型(基于BIM的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法)對建筑方案決策進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,并通過工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型及方法的實(shí)用性。 具體研究工作和成果如下: (1)分析了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)考慮因素,使用工具以及設(shè)計(jì)流程的特點(diǎn),提出集成化設(shè)計(jì)管理模式的概念、動機(jī)、考慮因素、總體原則以及設(shè)計(jì)流程的框架,同時(shí)通過對該方法與傳統(tǒng)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行對比分析,突出其在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的優(yōu)勢。 (2)從BIM技術(shù)角度出發(fā),針對其可視化、協(xié)調(diào)性、模擬性、優(yōu)化性等特點(diǎn),以建筑工程項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)相關(guān)信息數(shù)據(jù)作為模型的基礎(chǔ),通過revit軟件建立一個(gè)虛擬的建筑,利用HY-EP軟件對建筑全年能耗進(jìn)行仿真模擬,采用正交試驗(yàn)法對模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,得到建筑能耗的顯著影響因素。 (3)分析了建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和評價(jià)指標(biāo),以提高建筑決策設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、提升建筑綜合性能為目的,基于建筑性能計(jì)算機(jī)模擬技術(shù)和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度決策方法,提取建筑決策設(shè)計(jì)影響因素和產(chǎn)品性能評價(jià)目標(biāo),建立了BIM-GRA建筑決策設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合優(yōu)選模型,并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該方法進(jìn)行建筑方案決策設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly sharp contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, the simple, rough and extensive development model used in the construction industry has not been able to meet the needs of social sustainable development. Nowadays, more and more people realize that the green building of energy saving and environmental protection is the inevitable trend of building development in the future. Combined with the application technology of BIM, this paper discusses the design stage of green building. It is pointed out that the development of green building should start from the source of design, adopt the integrated design management mode, use the high technology platform of BIM, and use BIM technology to construct the virtual model of building, and provide the necessary analysis for the design of green building. Through the analysis of the information contained in the building virtual model, the building data information needed in the process of building energy saving design is explored, and the significance of the influence factors of building energy consumption is simulated and optimized. It provides important data and information basis for energy consumption quantitative analysis of building energy saving design. Finally, the BIM-GRA model (grey relational degree analysis method based on BIM) is established to optimize the design of building scheme decision, and the practicability of the model and method is verified by an engineering example. Specific research work and results are as follows: This paper analyzes the characteristics of traditional design considerations, using tools and design processes, and puts forward the concept, motivation, consideration factors, general principles and design process framework of integrated design management mode. At the same time, this method is compared with the traditional architectural design method to highlight its advantages in architectural design. From the point of view of BIM technology, aiming at the characteristics of visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and so on, a virtual building is built through revit software based on the relevant information data of the construction project as the basis of the model. By using HY-EP software to simulate the annual energy consumption of buildings, the orthogonal test method is used to optimize the simulation results, and the significant influence factors of building energy consumption are obtained. 3) the design parameters and evaluation indexes of building scheme are analyzed. In order to improve the design quality and comprehensive performance of building, based on the computer simulation technology of building performance and the decision method of grey correlation degree, the paper analyses the design parameters and evaluation indexes of building scheme. The influencing factors of building decision design and the objective of product performance evaluation are extracted, and the comprehensive optimal model of BIM-GRA building decision design scheme is established, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
