植生型生態(tài)再生磚瓦混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水性能研究

【摘要】:我國對(duì)于植生型生態(tài)混凝土的研究工作開展較晚,目前工程應(yīng)用的案例較少,更多的的處于試驗(yàn)研究中,并未形成一套成熟的工程技術(shù)。而在對(duì)植生型生態(tài)混凝土開展的研究中,采用廢棄磚瓦為骨料的少之又少。本文所研究的植生型生態(tài)混凝土以再生磚瓦為骨料,旨在說明再生磚瓦作為植生型生態(tài)混凝土骨料可以成為建筑垃圾資源化利用的一條行之有效的途徑。結(jié)合植生型生態(tài)混凝土的工程應(yīng)用要求和再生磚瓦骨料的特殊性質(zhì),借鑒國內(nèi)外的研究成果,本文重點(diǎn)研究了植生型生態(tài)再生磚瓦混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水性能,以及再生磚瓦骨料的制備工藝流程和強(qiáng)化處理技術(shù),得出了適用于再生磚瓦骨料的植生型生態(tài)混凝土的配合比設(shè)計(jì)原理和計(jì)算方法。 (1)通過對(duì)廢棄磚瓦進(jìn)行人工破碎、清洗、篩選分級(jí)得到不同粒徑的再生磚瓦骨料。同時(shí),對(duì)再生磚瓦骨料進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化處理,提高其使用穩(wěn)定性,并對(duì)其基本物理指標(biāo),如表觀密度、堆積密度、吸水率、含水率和壓碎指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測(cè)定研究。 (2)在參照普通植生混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上制備以再生磚瓦為骨料的植生型生態(tài)混凝土,重點(diǎn)研究了骨料粒徑、水灰比和設(shè)計(jì)孔隙率對(duì)植生型生態(tài)再生磚瓦混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水性能的影響規(guī)律,得出了應(yīng)重點(diǎn)控制的各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)和合理范圍。此外,還研究了設(shè)計(jì)孔隙率與實(shí)測(cè)孔隙率之間的關(guān)系以及植生型混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)過程中抗壓強(qiáng)度的發(fā)展規(guī)律。 (3)在前期試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水系數(shù)正交試驗(yàn),采用SPSS軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析,研究了各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)對(duì)控制變量的影響程度和規(guī)律,基于抗壓強(qiáng)度和透水性能的平衡分析,得到了植生型生態(tài)再生磚瓦混凝土的合理配比范圍。 本研究得到了大量的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)并取得了一定的成果,這對(duì)今后植生型生態(tài)再生磚瓦混凝土的研究和應(yīng)用有重要參考價(jià)值,為以再生磚瓦為骨料的植生型生態(tài)混凝土的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In our country, the research work on plant-type ecological concrete has been carried out late, and there are fewer cases of engineering application at present, more of which are in the process of experimental research, and a set of mature engineering technology has not been formed. In the research of planting ecological concrete, the waste brick and tile as aggregate is rare. In this paper, recycled bricks and tiles are used as aggregates in order to show that recycled bricks and tiles can become an effective way to reuse construction waste. Combined with the engineering application requirements of plant-type ecological concrete and the special properties of recycled brick and tile aggregate, and referring to the research results at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the compressive strength and water permeability of plant-type ecological recycled brick and tile concrete. The design principle and calculation method of the proportioning ratio of the plant ecological concrete suitable for the recycled brick and tile aggregate were obtained as well as the preparation process and the strengthening treatment technology of the recycled brick and tile aggregate. 1) recycled brick and tile aggregates with different sizes were obtained by artificial crushing, cleaning and sorting. At the same time, the reclaimed brick and tile aggregate was strengthened to improve its stability, and its basic physical indexes, such as apparent density, accumulation density, water absorption, moisture content and crushing index, were measured and studied. (2) based on the design of the mix ratio of ordinary plant-concrete, the regenerated concrete with recycled brick and tile as aggregate was prepared, and the particle size of aggregate was studied emphatically. The effects of water-cement ratio and design porosity on compressive strength and water permeability of plant-type ecological recycled brick and tile concrete were studied. In addition, the relationship between the design porosity and the measured porosity and the development of compressive strength during the curing process of the plant-type concrete are also studied. 3) on the basis of the previous test, the orthogonal test of compressive strength and permeability coefficient was carried out, and the variance analysis of the test results was carried out by using SPSS software, and the influence degree and law of each design index on the control variable were studied. Based on the balance analysis of compressive strength and water permeability, the reasonable ratio range of ecological recycled brick and tile concrete was obtained. In this study, a large number of experimental data have been obtained and some results have been obtained, which have important reference value for the future research and application of ecological recycled brick and tile concrete. It provides theoretical guidance for the practical application of plant ecological concrete with recycled brick and tile as aggregate.
