建筑工業(yè)化背景下的精益建造流程管理

【摘要】:精益生產(chǎn)源于豐田精益思想,它極大的提高了制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)和管理水平。精益建造是將精益生產(chǎn)引入到建筑業(yè)中,為解決建筑業(yè)的低效率和多浪費(fèi)提供一種思路。從提出至今,精益建造的理論研究不斷向前發(fā)展,在國外也有了實(shí)踐探索,但在我國的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用還處于初步階段。制造業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)建筑業(yè)有明顯的不同,精益思想不能照搬到建筑業(yè)中。但在建筑工業(yè)化的背景下,,建筑業(yè)與制造業(yè)有較多的共同之處,可以實(shí)施精益建造。 首先,論文回顧總結(jié)了精益建造的理論體系,該體系的根本是TFV生產(chǎn)管理理論。TFV是基于建筑業(yè)的特殊性而提出的生產(chǎn)管理理論,它包括了3個(gè)觀點(diǎn):轉(zhuǎn)化觀點(diǎn)(Transfer)、流觀點(diǎn)(Flow)、價(jià)值生成觀點(diǎn)(Value)�;赥FV理論,精益建造的重點(diǎn)研究對象包括價(jià)值流和持續(xù)流,研究價(jià)值流和持續(xù)流對提高建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的價(jià)值、生產(chǎn)效率,減少浪費(fèi)有著有重大意義。 其次,論文闡述了最后計(jì)劃者系統(tǒng)(LPS)、價(jià)值工程(VC)、準(zhǔn)時(shí)化施工(JIT)三個(gè)精益應(yīng)用技術(shù)。其中價(jià)值工程對于提高項(xiàng)目價(jià)值有著廣泛運(yùn)用,而最后計(jì)劃者系統(tǒng)的拉動式生產(chǎn)與準(zhǔn)時(shí)化施工對形成持續(xù)的生產(chǎn)有著重要意義。 最后,論文通過某輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房項(xiàng)目,結(jié)合價(jià)值流和持續(xù)流的相關(guān)理論,對某該項(xiàng)目的價(jià)值流進(jìn)行了分析。采用價(jià)值流程圖技術(shù)(VSM)繪制當(dāng)前狀態(tài)圖,對現(xiàn)狀圖進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,通過不斷地對現(xiàn)狀價(jià)值流改進(jìn),最終達(dá)到理想狀態(tài)下的價(jià)值流。對該項(xiàng)目的鋼架和檁條部分進(jìn)行了持續(xù)流的創(chuàng)建,并用eM-plant軟件進(jìn)行了仿真模擬。仿真結(jié)果表明所創(chuàng)建的持續(xù)流生產(chǎn)流程能夠大幅提高工作效率,并降低庫存。 研究表明科學(xué)合理的運(yùn)用精益建造方式,優(yōu)化建造流程,可以減少項(xiàng)目的浪費(fèi),提高生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Lean production originates from Toyota Lean thought, which greatly improves the production and management level of manufacturing industry. Lean construction is to introduce lean production into the construction industry and provide a way to solve the inefficiency and waste of the construction industry. Since it was put forward, the theoretical research of lean construction has been developing continuously and has been explored in foreign countries, but its application in our country is still in its initial stage. Manufacturing and traditional construction have obvious differences, lean thinking can not be copied to the construction industry. However, under the background of construction industrialization, construction industry and manufacturing industry have much in common, so lean construction can be implemented. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the theory system of lean construction, which is based on the particularity of the construction industry and is based on the production management theory of TFV. It includes three points of view: transform view, flow view, value generation point of view. Based on TFV theory, the key research objects of lean construction include value flow and continuous flow. It is of great significance to study value flow and continuous flow to improve the value of construction project, production efficiency and reduce waste. Secondly, the paper describes three lean application technologies: the final Planner system (LPS), the value Engineering (VCU), and the JIT (JIT). Value engineering is widely used to improve the value of the project, and the final planner system of pull production and just-in-time construction is of great significance for the formation of continuous production. Finally, the paper analyzes the value flow of a light steel structure factory building by combining the theory of value flow and continuous flow. The value flow chart (VSM) is used to draw the current state diagram, analyze the status chart, find out the problem, improve the current value flow constantly, and finally achieve the value flow in the ideal state. The steel frame and purlin of the project are created and simulated by eM-plant software. The simulation results show that the established continuous flow production process can greatly improve working efficiency and reduce inventory. The research shows that scientific and rational use of lean construction and optimization of construction process can reduce project waste and improve production efficiency.
