【摘要】：隨著城市用地的日趨緊張與城郊環(huán)境的不斷發(fā)展,越來越多的別墅區(qū)選擇建設(shè)在城市用地之外,出現(xiàn)了許多位于城郊的山地別墅區(qū)。這一類別墅區(qū)距離城市距離一般較遠(yuǎn),并與山地這一特殊地形相結(jié)合,完美地結(jié)合周圍的自然環(huán)境,建筑與山體、植被、水體緊密聯(lián)系,從而形成一種建筑與大自然互相滲透和諧共構(gòu)的建筑格局。本文以城郊山地別墅區(qū)為研究對象,主要借鑒山地城市學(xué),結(jié)合人居環(huán)境學(xué)與城市生態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,對城郊山地別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,希望能給復(fù)雜地形環(huán)境條件下的山地別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃提供可行性設(shè)計(jì)建議。 論文共分八章：第一章闡述了人口郊區(qū)化的趨勢與城郊居住區(qū)的建設(shè)發(fā)展情況,對于城郊山地別墅區(qū)的概念與特點(diǎn)作出闡述,提出了該研究的實(shí)際意義與理論意義。第二章討論了相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀,分別從理論與實(shí)踐兩個角度出發(fā),以山地城市學(xué)為主要借鑒,針對城郊山地別墅區(qū)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討,為后面幾章的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章對城郊山地別墅區(qū)的選址進(jìn)行探討,分析了會對城郊別墅區(qū)選址產(chǎn)生影響的因素并對于各影響因素確定相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略。第四章為城郊山地別墅區(qū)的布局,介紹了影響布局因素與基本布局方式,繼而探討了在布局中車行交通與人行交通系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與組織。第五章為城郊山地別墅區(qū)的形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì),分別從實(shí)體形態(tài)、空間形態(tài)、接地形態(tài)與景觀形態(tài)四個方面分析了城郊山地別墅區(qū)形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)方法與策略。第六章探討城郊山地別墅區(qū)的廣場設(shè)計(jì),從布局、尺度、材質(zhì)和小品設(shè)施四個方面進(jìn)行闡述,并針對廣場現(xiàn)狀存在的問題嘗試著提出一些對策。第七章為相關(guān)實(shí)踐及成果展示,參與位于北京懷柔的皇后鎮(zhèn)度假村的兩個地塊的規(guī)劃及單體設(shè)計(jì),通過實(shí)踐設(shè)計(jì)及建成效果,驗(yàn)證了前文所得理論的可行性有效性。第八章為后記,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing tension of urban land use and the continuous development of suburban environment, more and more villas are built outside the urban land, and many mountain villas are located in the suburbs. This kind of villa area is generally far away from the city, and combined with the special terrain of the mountain, perfect combination of the surrounding natural environment, building and mountain body, vegetation, water close connection, Thus forms a kind of architecture pattern which is permeated and harmonious with nature. This paper studies the planning and design of mountain villas on the outskirts of the city, which is mainly based on the study of mountain urbanology and the related theories of human settlements and urban ecology. It is hoped to provide feasible design suggestions for mountain villas planning under complex terrain and environment conditions. The thesis is divided into eight chapters: the first chapter expounds the trend of population suburbanization and the construction and development of suburban residential areas, expounds the concept and characteristics of suburban mountain villas, and puts forward the practical and theoretical significance of the study. The second chapter discusses the current situation of the related research, starting from the theory and practice, taking the mountain urbanology as the main reference, the planning and design of the suburban mountain villas are discussed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later chapters. The third chapter discusses the location of suburban mountain villas, analyzes the factors that will affect the location of suburban villas, and determines the corresponding strategies for each influencing factor. The fourth chapter is the layout of suburban mountain villas, introduces the factors affecting the layout and the basic layout mode, and then discusses the planning and organization of vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic system in the layout. The fifth chapter is the shape design of suburban mountain villas, respectively from the physical form, space form, grounding form and landscape form four aspects of the suburban mountain villa design methods and strategies. The sixth chapter discusses the square design of suburban mountain villas, from four aspects of layout, scale, material and sketch facilities, and try to put forward some countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the current situation of the square. The seventh chapter is related practice and achievement display, participate in the planning and individual design of two plots in Huanghou Town Resort in Huairou, Beijing, and verify the feasibility and validity of the above theory through practical design and construction effect. The eighth chapter is the postscript, the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
