【摘要】:報恩寺遺址公園黃泥塘配套服務(wù)區(qū)規(guī)劃及建筑設(shè)計是筆者實習(xí)所在的張雷聯(lián)合建筑事務(wù)所已完成的投標(biāo)項目。按照任務(wù)書要求,工作室在規(guī)定用地范圍內(nèi)規(guī)劃主體商業(yè)街區(qū)、晨光賓館、建初寺、金陵刻經(jīng)處以及主體商業(yè)街區(qū)及地下空間的建筑設(shè)計工作。報恩寺遺址公園黃泥塘配套服務(wù)區(qū)位于南京報恩寺遺址公園遺址公園南側(cè),地塊南臨應(yīng)天大街、西臨雨花路、東至晨光廠后勤區(qū),占地約80余畝。本案地上為4層以下,2層為主的多層建筑,屋面高度不超過南側(cè)應(yīng)天路高架的橋面高度。建筑面積約49000m2。包括主體商業(yè)街區(qū)約32800m2;晨光賓館約7000m2,金陵刻經(jīng)處新館約5000m2,均位于項目東北角,臨遺址公園核心區(qū);建初寺約6000m2,位于項目東南角,結(jié)合三藏殿原址修繕設(shè)置。地下為3層結(jié)構(gòu),建筑面積約500001112。其中地下1層為商業(yè)和大巴停車場;地下2層與地下3層主要為小車停車場。本文以筆者參與的南京大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院的投標(biāo)項目為例。本文通過這個項目展示了歷史文化為主題的旅游商業(yè)街區(qū)的設(shè)計、研究過程。筆者在文章從一個方面面對本案的設(shè)計過程進(jìn)行分析——傳統(tǒng)文化與當(dāng)代商業(yè)融合的研究,并進(jìn)而以項目作為回應(yīng)。該方案研究了文化為主題的旅游商業(yè)街區(qū)的空間組織、處理了商業(yè)空間與文化領(lǐng)域之間的關(guān)系,在規(guī)劃層面和建筑單體層面上對問題有一些積極的探索。工作深度和工程資料總結(jié)比較完善。從幾個方面分析該配套服務(wù)區(qū)在設(shè)計上的特點:1.兼具商業(yè)潛質(zhì)和文化價值的商業(yè)街區(qū)規(guī)劃。2.與傳統(tǒng)建筑相呼應(yīng)的當(dāng)代建筑設(shè)計。在闡述報恩寺遺址公園黃泥塘配套服務(wù)區(qū)規(guī)劃及建筑設(shè)計的過程中,設(shè)計進(jìn)程分為四個主要階段:環(huán)境條件分析階段、規(guī)劃階段、單體設(shè)計階段、后期與設(shè)計院協(xié)調(diào)階段。每個階段的側(cè)重點各有不同,作為一個月商業(yè)開發(fā)密切相關(guān)的投標(biāo)項目,商業(yè)對規(guī)劃及設(shè)計的影響,與其他專業(yè)配合的經(jīng)歷,以及完整的參與項目的過程,都使得筆者獲益匪淺。
[Abstract]:The planning and architectural design of Huangnitang supporting service area of Ensi ruins Park is a bidding project completed by Zhang Lei United Architectural Office. According to the requirements of the taskbook, the studio plans the architectural design of the main commercial block, the Chenguang hotel, the Jianchu temple, the Jinling scriptures, the main commercial block and the underground space within the prescribed land use scope. Huen Si ruins Park Huangnitang supporting service area is located in the south side of Nanjing Huen Si ruins Park ruins Park Park, land block south of Yutian Street, west of Yuhua Road, east to the Chenguang factory logistics area, covering an area of about 80 mu. In this case, the above floor is a multi-storey building with 2 stories below 4 storeys. The roof height does not exceed the bridge deck height of the south side of Yingtianlu viaduct. The construction area is about 49000m2. Including the main commercial block about 32800m2; the Chenguang hotel about 7000m2; the Jinling carving and classics office about 5000m2; they are all located in the northeast corner of the project, near the core area of the ruins park; the Jianchu temple is about 6000m2, located in the southeast corner of the project, which is renovated in combination with the original site of the Sanzang hall The underground is a three-story structure with an area of about 500001112. The first basement is commercial and bus parking, and the second and third basement are car parks. This paper takes the bidding project of Nanjing University Architectural Design and Research Institute as an example. Through this project, this paper shows the design and research process of the tourist commercial district with the theme of history and culture. The author analyzes the design process of the case from one aspect-the research on the fusion of traditional culture and contemporary commerce, and then the project as a response. The program studies the spatial organization of tourist commercial blocks with cultural theme, deals with the relationship between commercial space and cultural field, and makes some positive exploration of the problem at the level of planning and building. Work depth and engineering data summary is relatively perfect. From several aspects, this paper analyzes the design characteristics of the supporting service area: 1. Commercial district planning with both commercial potential and cultural value. Contemporary architectural design that echoes with traditional architecture. In the course of expounding the planning and architectural design of the supporting service area of Huangmud Pond in Xiu'en Si ruins Park, the design process can be divided into four main stages: environmental condition analysis stage, planning stage, single design stage, and coordinating stage with the design institute. The focus of each phase is different, as a month of commercial development closely related to bidding projects, business impact on planning and design, experience with other professions, and complete participation in the project process, Both make the author benefit a lot.
