基于住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的預(yù)制裝配整體式混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化和工業(yè)化的飛速發(fā)展,住宅工業(yè)化將成為未來住宅發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路,預(yù)制裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)是實(shí)現(xiàn)住宅工業(yè)化的有效途徑;诖朔N結(jié)構(gòu)的推廣,本文的主要一下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容: (1)總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有比較好的幾種預(yù)制裝配式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造方式以及它們的主要受力特點(diǎn),包括疊合梁、疊合板的受力及構(gòu)造,疊合梁—板節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力和構(gòu)造,現(xiàn)澆柱疊合梁節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力及構(gòu)造,主次梁節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力和構(gòu)造。 (2)歸納整理了預(yù)制裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)理論和設(shè)計(jì)方法,包括主要受力構(gòu)件梁、板、柱的設(shè)計(jì)和驗(yàn)算。通過樂山市水口工業(yè)集中區(qū)公共租賃房項(xiàng)目的工程實(shí)例,總結(jié)了裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)流程,為設(shè)計(jì)方提供一個(gè)參考;并且研究整理了預(yù)制裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)制構(gòu)件的生產(chǎn)工藝流程以及施工現(xiàn)場的安裝工藝流程,為施工方提供一個(gè)參考。這一系列工作使設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、施工構(gòu)成一個(gè)整體,為此種結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用推廣提供參考依據(jù)。 (3)使用SAP2000有限元分析軟件對(duì)分別對(duì)三種外墻形式(普通砌體填充墻、預(yù)制外墻外掛式連接和預(yù)制外墻側(cè)連式連接)進(jìn)行了反應(yīng)譜分析,通過比較幾種外墻形式下框架結(jié)構(gòu)自振周期和層間位移的變化,分析它們對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)剛度的影響,進(jìn)而對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)整體性和抗震性的影響。通過分析結(jié)果,得出使用預(yù)制外墻側(cè)連式連接的框架結(jié)構(gòu)整體性和抗震性都較其他形式的外墻更優(yōu),并且這種影響較大,不可忽略。因此對(duì)目前使用的裝配整體式框架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法提出質(zhì)疑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China, housing industrialization will become the only way to the future housing development. Precast and assembled integral concrete structure is an effective way to realize housing industrialization. Based on the generalization of this structure, the main contents of this paper are as follows: In this paper, the author summarizes several existing prefabricated frame structures and their main mechanical characteristics, including superimposed beams, laminated plates, composite beam-plate joints. The stress and structure of cast-in-situ column composite beam joint and the force and structure of primary and secondary beam joint. The design theory and design method of precast assembly integral frame structure are summarized, including the design and checking calculation of the main load-bearing member beam, plate and column. Through the engineering example of the public rental house project in Shuikou industrial concentration area of Leshan City, the design process of assembling integral frame structure is summarized, which provides a reference for the designer. The production process of prefabricated assembly integral frame structure and the installation process of construction site are studied and sorted, which provides a reference for the construction side. This series of work makes the design, production and construction form a whole, and provides a reference for the application and popularization of this kind of structure. The response spectrum of three types of external walls (common masonry wall, prefabricated external wall external connection and prefabricated external wall side-connected connection) is analyzed by using SAP2000 finite element analysis software. By comparing the changes of natural vibration period and floor displacement of frame structure under several external wall forms, the influence of them on the stiffness of frame structure and on the integrity and seismic resistance of frame structure are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that the integrity and seismic resistance of the frame structure with precast external wall connection are better than those of other external walls, and the influence is great and can not be ignored. Therefore, the design method of assembly integral frame structure used at present is questioned.
