【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國綠色建筑領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)了技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品堆砌、與設(shè)計脫節(jié)等現(xiàn)象,這種現(xiàn)象在既有建筑改造層面愈加明顯。針對這一問題,本文選取既有辦公建筑為研究對象,提出在既有辦公建筑綠色化改造過程中,有哪些策略是基于被動式設(shè)計、基于建筑本體,并應(yīng)由建筑師倡導(dǎo)和推廣的。本文試圖將可指導(dǎo)實踐的策略與具體案例接軌,闡述如何篩選策略、如何應(yīng)用技術(shù)、如何與建筑形象整合設(shè)計,探索具體改造設(shè)計中,根據(jù)實際能耗的表現(xiàn)情況,選擇多目標(biāo)綜合優(yōu)化的策略,在改造中實現(xiàn)功能、經(jīng)濟、美觀三者的統(tǒng)一。避免盲目使用綠色技術(shù)造成新的能源浪費,實現(xiàn)建筑形象的合理創(chuàng)新。本文研究對象是基于被動式策略的既有辦公建筑綠色化改造設(shè)計,全文由三部分組成。第一部分包括論文的第一、二章,對既有辦公建筑綠色化改造的現(xiàn)狀、改造目標(biāo)、影響因素、分類研究等進行初步論述,為后文提供理論支撐。第二部分包括論文的第三、四章,首先選取國內(nèi)外七個優(yōu)秀案例,深入分析如何應(yīng)用策略;其次根據(jù)上文提出的理論和案例,研究總結(jié)出一套較為完整的改造策略體系,并提出基于被動式策略的既有辦公建筑綠色化改造設(shè)計流程和方法。第三部分包括論文的第五、六章,在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細論述在具體改造項目中,如何運用這套策略和設(shè)計方法指導(dǎo)實踐。本研究通過對國內(nèi)外綠色化改造策略進行歸類、統(tǒng)計、排序,結(jié)合優(yōu)秀案例分析,得出一套綠色化改造策略體系和綠色化改造設(shè)計流程與方法,并將此策略體系與方法應(yīng)用于天津大學(xué)第十五教學(xué)樓改造,結(jié)合定量分析的手段,運用Design Builder、Ecotect、Phoenics等軟件進行建筑能耗及物理環(huán)境量化模擬,從而得到較為理想的改造設(shè)計方案。希冀能為今后的綠色化改造實踐提供較為系統(tǒng)的理論依據(jù)和實踐參考。
[Abstract]:At present, technology and products are stacked in the field of green building in our country, which is out of step with the design, and this phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious in the reconstruction of existing buildings. Aiming at this problem, this paper selects the existing office building as the research object, and puts forward which strategies are based on passive design, building ontology, and should be advocated and popularized by the architect in the process of green transformation of the existing office building. This paper attempts to link the strategies that can guide practice with specific cases, expounding how to screen strategy, how to apply technology, how to integrate design with architectural image, and how to explore the performance of actual energy consumption in the design of concrete transformation. The strategy of multi-objective comprehensive optimization is chosen to realize the unity of function, economy and beauty in the transformation. Avoid blind use of green technology to create new energy waste and realize reasonable innovation of building image. The research object of this paper is the green transformation design of existing office building based on passive strategy, which is composed of three parts. The first part includes the first and second chapters of the paper, the existing office building green transformation of the status quo, transformation objectives, influencing factors, classification research and so on, to provide theoretical support for the following. The second part includes the third and fourth chapters of the thesis. Firstly, it selects seven excellent cases at home and abroad to analyze how to apply the strategy deeply. Secondly, according to the theory and case, the author studies and sums up a set of relatively complete transformation strategy system. The design process and method of green transformation of existing office buildings based on passive strategy are presented. The third part includes the fifth and sixth chapters of the thesis. On the basis of the previous research, it discusses in detail how to use this set of strategy and design method to guide the practice in the concrete transformation project. Through classifying, statistics, ranking, combining with excellent case analysis, this study obtains a set of green transformation strategy system and design process and method of green transformation. The strategy system and method are applied to the transformation of the 15th teaching building of Tianjin University. Combining with the means of quantitative analysis, the energy consumption and physical environment of the building are simulated by Design Builder EcotectPhoenix and other softwares, and an ideal design scheme is obtained. It is hoped that it will provide a systematic theoretical basis and practical reference for the green transformation practice in the future.
