【摘要】：國內(nèi)外大量研究顯示,安全氛圍對(duì)安全行為的影響關(guān)系是顯著的,企業(yè)擁有一個(gè)良好的安全氛圍,可以減少員工的不安全行為。但對(duì)相關(guān)研究總結(jié)后發(fā)現(xiàn),研究對(duì)象主要集中在制造業(yè)、煤炭業(yè)、航空業(yè)與化工業(yè)等企業(yè),而針對(duì)建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的安全氛圍與員工安全行為關(guān)系的研究較少,尚未有專門針對(duì)建筑企業(yè)的深入研究,尤其是實(shí)證研究非常匱乏。那么,建筑企業(yè)作為一個(gè)對(duì)員工素質(zhì)和安全關(guān)注非常高的行業(yè),安全氛圍與員工安全行為是否存在顯著的影響關(guān)系?如果這種關(guān)系存在,安全氛圍維度與安全行為維度是怎樣相互影響的?如何構(gòu)建符合建筑企業(yè)的安全氛圍?本研究嘗試以我國建筑企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,基于相關(guān)經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了建筑企業(yè)安全氛圍與員工安全行為的理論模型,參考成熟的量表并結(jié)合建筑企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)出針對(duì)建筑企業(yè)安全氛圍與員工安全行為的調(diào)查問卷,并進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析�；谒@取的安全氛圍與員工安全行為的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),借助SPSS19.0和AMOS 17.0等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、驗(yàn)證性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型等方法,分析了建筑企業(yè)安全氛圍與安全行為各維度之間的作用關(guān)系,對(duì)研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。通過對(duì)研究結(jié)論的分析,驗(yàn)證本文提出的研究假設(shè)和概念模型具有合理性,建筑企業(yè)安全氛圍會(huì)對(duì)員工安全行為產(chǎn)生直接顯著的正向影響,證實(shí)了建筑企業(yè)安全氛圍對(duì)安全行為的影響及其作用機(jī)制。最后,提出了相關(guān)的管理策略和建議。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies at home and abroad show that the influence of safety atmosphere on safety behavior is significant. Enterprises have a good safety atmosphere which can reduce the unsafe behavior of employees. However, after summarizing the relevant studies, we find that the research objects are mainly focused on the manufacturing, coal, aviation and chemical industries, while the research on the relationship between the safety atmosphere of the construction enterprises and the safety behavior of employees is less. There is no deep research on construction enterprises, especially the empirical research is very scarce. So, as an industry with high concern for employee quality and safety, is there a significant relationship between safety atmosphere and employee safety behavior? If this relationship exists, how does the security climate dimension and the security behavior dimension interact? How to build a safe atmosphere in line with the construction enterprise? This study attempts to construct a theoretical model of safety atmosphere and employee safety behavior of construction enterprises based on the theory of relevant classical literature and taking Chinese construction enterprises as the research object. Referring to the mature scale and combining with the actual situation of construction enterprise safety production, the questionnaire for safety atmosphere and employee safety behavior of construction enterprise is designed, and the investigation and analysis are carried out. Based on the survey data of safety atmosphere and employee's safety behavior, with the help of statistical analysis software such as SPSS19.0 and AMOS 17.0, the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model are used. The relationship between safety atmosphere and safety behavior of construction enterprises is analyzed, and the hypotheses are verified. Through the analysis of the research conclusions, it is proved that the research hypotheses and conceptual models proposed in this paper are reasonable, and the safety atmosphere of construction enterprises will have a direct and significant positive impact on the safety behavior of employees. The influence of safety atmosphere on safety behavior and its mechanism are confirmed. Finally, the related management strategies and suggestions are put forward.
