辦公室溫濕度獨立控制空調(diào)需求控制通風(fēng)模式的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,針對辦公建筑存在的空調(diào)能耗大、新風(fēng)能耗與室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)相矛盾和無法適應(yīng)人員變化的問題,提出與溫濕度獨立控制空調(diào)相結(jié)合的需求控制通風(fēng)(DCV)運行模式,即在夏季供冷階段,采取變新風(fēng)量的方法控制房間濕度,同時滿足室內(nèi)人員實時新風(fēng)需求,以減少新風(fēng)能耗,提高室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)。本文提出與需求控制通風(fēng)策略相適應(yīng)的兩種空調(diào)形式:輻射吊頂加置換通風(fēng)和干盤管加獨立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),以解決變新風(fēng)量送風(fēng)不均的問題,并介紹了兩種空調(diào)形式的特點和設(shè)計方法,以廣州某辦公室為例對兩種空調(diào)形式進(jìn)行設(shè)計說明,最后運用CFD軟件Airpak對兩種空調(diào)形式下的房間氣流組織進(jìn)行模擬,比較驗證了兩種空調(diào)形式下的室內(nèi)熱舒適性和空氣品質(zhì)。模擬結(jié)果表明:(1)兩種空調(diào)形式下房間速度分布、溫度分布、濕度分布符合各自通風(fēng)特性,并且滿足空調(diào)房間要求。(2)兩種空調(diào)形式工作區(qū)相對濕度低于60%,輻射吊頂附近最大含濕量為12.2g/kg,輻射板表面不會出現(xiàn)結(jié)露現(xiàn)象。(3)兩種空調(diào)形式下工作區(qū)PMV-PPD值分別為0.836/22.3%和0.94/25%,滿足熱舒適等級Ⅱ級要求,兩種空調(diào)形式下工作區(qū)ADPI值分別為85%、81%,,滿足氣流組織要求。(4)以室內(nèi)濕度計算兩種空調(diào)形式通風(fēng)效率分別為1.3和0.9。以上結(jié)果表明,輻射吊頂加置換通風(fēng)空調(diào)形式和干盤管加獨立新風(fēng)空調(diào)形式在設(shè)計工況下都能滿足氣流組織的要求,且前者熱舒適性和空氣品質(zhì)優(yōu)于后者。 本文介紹了應(yīng)用于辦公室與溫濕度獨立控制空調(diào)結(jié)合的需求控制通風(fēng)模式,給出相應(yīng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法,希望對辦公建筑的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法提供一些建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in our country, the energy consumption of air conditioning in office buildings is large, the energy consumption of fresh air is contradictory with indoor air quality and can not adapt to the change of personnel. This paper puts forward the running mode of DCV combined with independent control of temperature and humidity, that is, in the summer cooling stage, the method of changing fresh air volume is adopted to control room humidity, and at the same time to meet the real time fresh air demand of indoor personnel, so as to reduce the energy consumption of fresh air. Improve indoor air quality. In this paper, two types of air conditioning systems, namely radiation ceiling plus displacement ventilation and dry coil unit plus independent fresh air system, are put forward to solve the problem of uneven air supply with variable fresh air volume. The characteristics and design methods of two kinds of air conditioning forms are introduced. Taking an office in Guangzhou as an example, two kinds of air conditioning forms are designed and explained. At last, the air distribution of two kinds of air conditioning forms is simulated by CFD software Airpak. The indoor thermal comfort and air quality of the two air conditioning forms are compared and verified. The simulation results show that the room velocity distribution, temperature distribution and humidity distribution in the two air conditioning systems conform to their ventilation characteristics. The maximum moisture content near the radiation ceiling is 12.2g / kg, and the surface of the radiation plate will not be exposed. The PMV-PPD value of the working area is 0.836 / 22.3% respectively under the two kinds of air conditioning forms. (2) the relative humidity of the working area is less than 60 g / kg, and the maximum moisture content near the radiation ceiling is 12. 2 g / kg, and there will be no condensation on the surface of the radiation plate. And 0.94 / 25, meeting the thermal comfort class II requirements, The ADPI value of the working area in the two air conditioning forms is 85 / 81, which meets the requirements of airflow organization.) the ventilation efficiency of the two air conditioning forms is calculated by indoor humidity as 1.3 and 0.9 respectively. The results show that both the radiation ceiling and displacement ventilation air conditioning and the dry coil and independent fresh air air conditioning can meet the requirements of airflow organization, and the thermal comfort and air quality of the former are better than the latter. This paper introduces the demand control ventilation mode which is applied in the combination of office and temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning, and gives the design method of the corresponding air conditioning system, hoping to provide some suggestions for the design method of the air conditioning system in the office building.
