【摘要】：為了研究爆破作用下凍結(jié)巖壁的損傷分布規(guī)律，對(duì)實(shí)際采用凍結(jié)法爆破掘進(jìn)的礦井圍巖進(jìn)行了微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析，得到了西北地區(qū)典型巖石的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特性。通過(guò)三軸試驗(yàn)，找出了凍結(jié)巖石強(qiáng)度與圍壓的關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)典型巖石的低溫蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)找到了加速蠕變的門(mén)檻值，并建立紅砂巖蠕變的本構(gòu)模型。通過(guò)SHPB壓桿試驗(yàn)得到了凍結(jié)紅砂巖動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度與應(yīng)變速率之間的關(guān)系。利用相似理論設(shè)計(jì)了模型試驗(yàn)，對(duì)低溫模型進(jìn)行爆破掘進(jìn)，在適當(dāng)?shù)牟课话仓萌齻�(gè)速度傳感器，測(cè)的各點(diǎn)的振動(dòng)時(shí)程曲線，借助薩道夫斯基公式進(jìn)行回歸，得到了兩個(gè)參數(shù)K、α，進(jìn)而得到了任意位置處的振動(dòng)速度。通過(guò)在模型中預(yù)埋超聲波探測(cè)管，分別在爆破前、第一次爆破后、第二次爆破后、第三次爆破后測(cè)量模型各個(gè)測(cè)試面的波速，得到了模型在爆破作用下的損傷分布規(guī)律。在模型內(nèi)部適當(dāng)部位預(yù)先埋置應(yīng)變磚，通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)電阻應(yīng)變儀得到了測(cè)點(diǎn)應(yīng)變的時(shí)程曲線，找到了巖石應(yīng)變與等效距離之間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to study the damage distribution of frozen rock wall under the action of blasting, the microstructure of surrounding rock of mine excavated by freezing blasting is analyzed, and the microstructure characteristics of typical rock in Northwest China are obtained. The relationship between strength and confining pressure of frozen rock is found by triaxial test. The threshold value of accelerated creep is found through creep tests of typical rocks at low temperature, and the constitutive model of creep of red sandstone is established. The relationship between dynamic strength and strain rate of frozen red sandstone was obtained by SHPB compression bar test. The model test was designed by using the similarity theory, the low-temperature model was excavated by blasting, three velocity sensors were placed in the appropriate position, the vibration time history curve of each point was measured, and the regression was carried out with the aid of the Sadolski formula. Two parameters K, 偽 are obtained, and the vibration velocity at any position is obtained. The wave velocities of each test surface of the model were measured before blasting, after the first blasting, after the second blasting and after the third blasting, respectively. The damage distribution law of the model under blasting action was obtained. In the proper part of the model, the time-history curve of the strain of the measuring point is obtained by means of dynamic resistance strainer, and the corresponding relationship between the strain of rock and the equivalent distance is found.
