三元共聚馬來酰亞胺型減水劑的合成與作用機理的研究

【摘要】:以過硫酸銨(APS)為引發(fā)劑,N-聚乙二醇單甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰馬來酰亞胺(MPNCM)、甲基丙烯磺酸鈉(SMAS)和丙烯酸(AA)為聚合單體,合成N-聚乙二醇單甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰馬來酰亞胺-甲基丙烯磺酸鈉-丙烯酸聚羧酸系減水劑(SP)。通過FT-IR譜圖對SP結構進行表征。以凈漿流動度、表面吸附量和水泥顆粒表面等性能為指標,研究馬來酰亞胺型減水劑的作用機理。試驗結果表明,其分散機理主要是由于SP分子中的陰陽離子基團與水泥顆粒之間形成絡合作用和靜電作用,使水泥漿體流動性提高。
[Abstract]:Using ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, poly (ethylene glycol monomethyl ether) -N (N-butadiene) -carbamyl maleimide (MPNCMN), sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMASA) and acrylic acid (AAA) as polymeric monomers,Synthesis of N-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-N-N-carbamyl-maleimide-sodium methallyl sulfonate-acrylic polycarboxylic acid series water reducer.The SP structure was characterized by FT-IR spectra.The mechanism of Maleimide superplasticizer was studied based on the properties of slurry fluidity, surface adsorption and cement particle surface.The experimental results show that the dispersion mechanism is mainly due to the complexation and electrostatic interaction between the anionic and cationic groups in SP molecule, which enhances the fluidity of cement paste.
