中性鹽霧環(huán)境下銹蝕H型鋼表面特征及偏壓承載性能研究

【摘要】:論文采用理論分析、試驗(yàn)研究及非線性隨機(jī)有限元分析相結(jié)合的方法,圍繞銹蝕H型鋼表面隨機(jī)特征參數(shù)、表面銹蝕深度隨機(jī)場(chǎng)模型、承載性能、抗力隨機(jī)模型及其可靠性等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地研究。 主要研究工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)中性鹽霧環(huán)境下H型鋼表面銹蝕深度統(tǒng)計(jì)分析 論文借助美國(guó)NANOVEA公司生產(chǎn)的PS50三維非接觸式表面形貌儀,對(duì)中性鹽霧環(huán)境下Q235H型鋼表面銹蝕深度進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,獲得了H型鋼表面銹蝕深度及其表面輪廓,并對(duì)其表面銹蝕深度進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)果表明,中性鹽霧環(huán)境下不同銹蝕程度的H型鋼表面銹蝕深度服從正態(tài)分布。 (2)中性鹽霧環(huán)境下H型鋼表面銹蝕深度隨機(jī)場(chǎng)模型 論文利用PS50三維非接觸式表面形貌儀測(cè)試所得的銹蝕深度數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)H型鋼表面銹蝕深度的平穩(wěn)性和各態(tài)歷經(jīng)性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,H型鋼表面銹蝕深度隨機(jī)場(chǎng){h(z)}具有平穩(wěn)性和各態(tài)歷經(jīng)性。 論文以H型鋼銹蝕表面輪廓集合作為H型鋼表面銹蝕深度隨機(jī)場(chǎng){h(z)}的樣本函數(shù)族,并借助三角余弦函數(shù)對(duì)該樣本函數(shù)族進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)解析,,建立了中性鹽霧環(huán)境下,不同銹蝕程度的H型鋼表面銹蝕深度隨機(jī)場(chǎng){h(z)}模型。 (3)銹蝕H型鋼偏心受壓承載性能試驗(yàn)研究 論文通過(guò)10根銹蝕及2根未銹蝕Q235H型鋼的偏心受壓試驗(yàn),研究了銹蝕H型鋼偏心受壓構(gòu)件承載性能及其材料力學(xué)性能退化規(guī)律,建立了銹蝕H型鋼偏心受壓構(gòu)件承載力、柱中撓度計(jì)算模型及銹蝕Q235鋼屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度及極限伸長(zhǎng)率隨銹蝕程度增加而遞減的規(guī)律。 本文分別針對(duì)受拉翼緣、受壓翼緣及腹板銹蝕對(duì)H型鋼偏心受壓構(gòu)件承載性能的影響進(jìn)行了分析探討,結(jié)果表明,翼緣銹蝕對(duì)H型鋼偏心受壓承載性能影響較腹板銹蝕顯著,且受壓翼緣銹蝕比受拉翼緣銹蝕對(duì)H型鋼偏心受壓承載性能的影響更加顯著。 (4)銹蝕H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件承載性能非線性隨機(jī)有限元分析 論文采用平面應(yīng)力單元與平板彎曲單元,建立了平面殼體面內(nèi)、面外及其非線性單元隨機(jī)剛度與總體隨機(jī)剛度。 借助C++語(yǔ)言編制了銹蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)有限元分析程序,對(duì)H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件承載性能進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比對(duì),結(jié)果表明,隨機(jī)有限元是分析銹蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)承載性能的有效手段,可以有效模擬銹蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)截面厚度隨機(jī)特性,獲得銹蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(構(gòu)件)抗力及荷載效應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)特征參數(shù)。 (5)銹蝕H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件抗力隨機(jī)模型及其可靠性分析 論文通過(guò)銹蝕H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件抗力隨機(jī)模型,分析了銹蝕對(duì)H型鋼偏壓抗力均值及抗力變異系數(shù)的影響,分析結(jié)果表明,H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件抗力均值隨銹蝕程度的增加而遞減,其抗力變異系數(shù)隨銹蝕程度增加而遞增。 論文通過(guò)銹蝕H型鋼偏壓構(gòu)件可靠性分析,探討了銹蝕對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及其構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)的影響,結(jié)果表明,服役鋼結(jié)構(gòu)遭受銹蝕損傷后,結(jié)構(gòu)及其構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)隨銹蝕程度增加而遞減。
[Abstract]:Based on theoretical analysis, experimental research and nonlinear stochastic finite element analysis, the random characteristic parameters of rusted H steel surface, the model of surface corrosion depth, the bearing capacity, the random model of resistance and its reliability are systematically studied.
The main research work includes the following aspects:
(1) statistical analysis of the surface corrosion depth of H steel under neutral salt fog
With the help of PS50 three-dimensional non-contact surface profilometer produced by American NANOVEA company, the neutral salt fog environment Q235H steel surface corrosion depth were tested to obtain the H steel surface corrosion depth and surface profile, and the surface corrosion depth was analyzed, the results show that the corrosion depth of steel surface H the different corrosion degree of neutral salt fog environment obeys normal distribution.
(2) surface corrosion depth of H steel surface under neutral salt fog environment with the model of Airport
In this paper, the corrosion depth data measured by PS50 3D non-contact surface profiler are used to test the smoothness and ergodic nature of the corrosion depth of H steel surface. The results show that the corrosion depth of H steel surface is stable and ergodic with the airport {h (z)}.

(3) experimental study on eccentric compression bearing capacity of corroded H steel

This paper aims at the tensile flange, are analyzed and discussed, the compression flange and web of corrosion of H steel members under eccentric compression bearing capacity. The results show that the corrosion of H steel flange type eccentric compression bearing capacity influence is significant and the influence of corrosion of webs, the compression flange corrosion than tensile flange bearing corrosion performance the H type steel eccentric compression is more significant.
(4) nonlinear stochastic finite element analysis of bearing performance of corroded H steel eccentric compression member
In this paper, the plane stress element and the plate bending element are used to establish the random stiffness and the overall random stiffness of the plane shell, outside the plane and its nonlinear element.
Using C++ language to prepare the corroded steel structure stochastic finite element analysis program of H type steel columns, bearing capacity were calculated and analyzed, and compared with the experimental results, the results show that the stochastic finite element analysis is the effective means of corroded steel structure bearing capacity, it can effectively simulate the corrosion of steel structure section thickness obtained random features. The corrosion of steel structure (components) statistical parameters of resistance and load effects.
(5) random resistance model and reliability analysis of corroded H steel biased member
The H type corrosion resistance steel columns, stochastic model, analysis the influence of corrosion on steel H resistance and resistance coefficient of variation of mean bias, the analysis results show that the resistance of H steel and the mean bias component decreases with the increase of corrosion degree, the resistance coefficient of variation increased with the increase of corrosion degree.
Through the reliability analysis of the corroded H steel eccentric compression member, the influence of corrosion on the reliability index of steel structure and its components is discussed. The results show that the reliability index of the structure and its components decreases with the increase of corrosion degree after corrosion of the service steel structure.
