夏熱冬冷濕潤氣候下開敞型綠化屋面對建筑環(huán)境影響的研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,我國建筑能源消耗及城市環(huán)境問題日趨嚴(yán)重,國家對建筑業(yè)節(jié)能減排的要求日益提高,對建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)更加重視。但是,目前的建筑節(jié)能研究多集中在單純的設(shè)備節(jié)能或某一類型的材料節(jié)能上,沒有將建筑物與外部環(huán)境作為一個(gè)有機(jī)整體,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能和環(huán)境質(zhì)量分析。綠化屋面是一種被動(dòng)式建筑技術(shù),在住房與城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的《綠色建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中,將綠化屋面作為公共建筑“節(jié)能與能源利用”條目的一條優(yōu)選項(xiàng)。通過在建筑屋面施加綠化層,對建筑內(nèi)部而言,可以改善建筑頂層的熱工性能,對建筑外部而言,可以增加城市綠化面積并改善環(huán)境。通過這種雙重的作用,在實(shí)現(xiàn)減少建筑內(nèi)部能耗的同時(shí),對建筑外環(huán)境如熱島效應(yīng)有一定的緩解作用。綠化屋面技術(shù)既可以用在新建建筑上,又可以用在已建的仍在使用年限內(nèi)的舊建筑上。開敞型綠化屋面則又是綠化屋面技術(shù)中造價(jià)較低,應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種。我國長江中下游地區(qū),夏季悶熱多雨,室外相對濕度較高,冬季潮濕寒冷且空氣品質(zhì)較差。在這類地區(qū)應(yīng)用綠化屋面技術(shù),在綠化屋面構(gòu)造、綠化產(chǎn)品選型上需對應(yīng)其氣候特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行選擇和分析。本文結(jié)合長江中下游夏熱冬冷濕潤氣候特點(diǎn),對開敞型綠化屋面的應(yīng)用對建筑環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要涉及到適用設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、實(shí)驗(yàn)測試方法、建筑內(nèi)部能耗、建筑外部環(huán)境的分析。論文首先對現(xiàn)有綠化屋面的設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品類型及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了介紹,并對現(xiàn)有的科研文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了概述;其次對綠化屋面的基本傳熱原理進(jìn)行分析;然后通過實(shí)驗(yàn)監(jiān)測和能耗模擬的方法對綠化屋面可能產(chǎn)生的節(jié)能效果進(jìn)行論證。為論證綠化屋面對建筑內(nèi)部能耗的影響,對南京地區(qū)一棟典型的辦公建筑進(jìn)行了溫度實(shí)驗(yàn)監(jiān)測,對使用綠化屋面和普通屋面的溫度分布進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)記錄,并將實(shí)測結(jié)果與EnergyPlus能耗軟件模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析:本文還從綠化屋面工程應(yīng)用角度,使用PKPM模擬軟件對使用不同類型綠化屋面的建筑節(jié)能率進(jìn)行了模擬。為論證綠化屋面對建筑外部環(huán)境的影響,使用Airpak模擬軟件,對上海地區(qū)一個(gè)居住小區(qū)應(yīng)用綠化屋面后的室外環(huán)境進(jìn)行了模擬,用以分析綠化屋面對建筑外環(huán)境如溫度、輻射的影響。結(jié)語部分對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出了本文研究存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the energy consumption and the urban environment problems in China have become more and more serious. The requirements of energy saving and emission reduction in the construction industry have been raised day by day, and more attention has been paid to the design of building energy conservation.However, most of the research on building energy conservation is focused on simple equipment energy saving or energy saving of a certain type of materials, and the buildings and the external environment are not regarded as an organic whole to carry out systematic energy saving and environmental quality analysis.Green roof is a kind of passive building technology. In the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, greening roof is regarded as an excellent option for the entry of "Energy Saving and Energy Utilization" in public buildings.The thermal performance of the top floor of the building can be improved by adding greening layer to the roof of the building, and the green area of the city and the environment can be improved by adding the green floor to the outside of the building.Through this dual function, the energy consumption in the building can be reduced and the external environment, such as the heat island effect, can be alleviated to a certain extent.Green roof technology can be used not only in new buildings, but also in old buildings which are still in service life.Open green roof is one of the most widely used green roof technology with low cost.In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China, the summer is sultry and rainy, the outdoor relative humidity is high, the winter is humid and cold, and the air quality is poor.In this kind of area, the greening roof technology should be applied to select and analyze the climate characteristics of the green roof structure and the selection of greening products.Based on the characteristics of cold, cold and humid summer and winter in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper studies the influence of the application of open green roof on the building environment.This article mainly involves the suitable design technology, the experimental test method, the building interior energy consumption, the building exterior environment analysis.Firstly, the paper introduces the design, product type and application of the existing green roof, and summarizes the existing scientific research literature, secondly, analyzes the basic heat transfer principle of the green roof.Then the possible energy saving effect of green roof is demonstrated by means of experimental monitoring and energy consumption simulation.In order to demonstrate the influence of green roof on the energy consumption of building, a typical office building in Nanjing area was monitored by temperature experiment, and the temperature distribution of green roof and common roof was recorded in real time.The comparison between the measured results and the simulation results of EnergyPlus energy consumption software is carried out. From the point of view of greening roof engineering application, the building energy saving rate using different types of green roof is simulated by using PKPM simulation software.In order to demonstrate the influence of green roof on the external environment of building, the outdoor environment of a residential district in Shanghai after applying green roof is simulated by using Airpak software, which is used to analyze the outside environment of green roof such as temperature.The effects of radiation.The conclusion part summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of this study.
