基于BIM技術(shù)的EPC項(xiàng)目成本的動(dòng)態(tài)控制

【摘要】:EPC工程總承包模式下的項(xiàng)目其設(shè)計(jì)、采購以及施工階段的各項(xiàng)工作均由總承包商統(tǒng)籌安排,使得三個(gè)階段能夠做到有機(jī)融合、合理交叉,在縮短項(xiàng)目建設(shè)周期的同時(shí)還可以提高項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,因此,逐漸得到工程總承包市場的認(rèn)同,在發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)成為最主要的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目組織實(shí)施方式之一,,在我國也在積極的推廣和快速的發(fā)展之中。但是,由于EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目參與方眾多、合同條款不易準(zhǔn)確確定等原因加大了EPC工程總承包商對(duì)成本控制的難度。 本文針對(duì)EPC工程總承包商在成本控制中所存在的諸多問題,引入BIM技術(shù)的概念,解決了EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)、采購以及施工階段的信息流失和合理交叉障礙兩個(gè)方面的難題,并使得項(xiàng)目各個(gè)參與方可以實(shí)時(shí)地進(jìn)行工程數(shù)據(jù)信息的交流和共享。 本文主要對(duì)下面幾個(gè)問題進(jìn)行了分析研究: (1)探討了EPC工程總承包模式下成本控制的主要內(nèi)容,并分析了EPC工程總承包模式在國內(nèi)外的研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀; (2)對(duì)BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究,同時(shí)分析了BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目成本控制中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 (3)分別介紹了BIM技術(shù)在EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、采購以及施工三個(gè)階段成本控制中的具體應(yīng)用,并建立了EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度測量模型,通過掙值法的引入,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目成本的動(dòng)態(tài)控制。 (4)結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例,并通過相關(guān)工程數(shù)據(jù)分析,探討了BIM技術(shù)在EPC工程總承包項(xiàng)目成本控制中的重要性。
[Abstract]:The design, procurement and construction work of the project under the general contracting mode of EPC project are arranged by the general contractor as a whole, so that the three phases can be organically integrated and reasonably intersected.While shortening the construction cycle of the project, it can also improve the economy of the project. Therefore, it has gradually been recognized by the general contracting market of the project and has become one of the most important ways of organizing and implementing the project in the developed countries.In our country also in the positive promotion and rapid development.However, because of the large number of participants in the general contracting project of EPC project, it is difficult to determine the terms of the contract accurately and so on, which makes it more difficult for the general contractor of EPC project to control the cost.In view of the many problems existing in the cost control of the general contractor of EPC project, this paper introduces the concept of BIM technology and solves the design of the general contract project of EPC project.The problems of information loss and reasonable crossing of obstacles in procurement and construction stage make it possible for all parties involved in the project to exchange and share engineering data information in real time.In this paper, the following problems are analyzed and studied:1) the main contents of cost control under EPC general contracting mode are discussed, and the research and development status of EPC project general contracting mode at home and abroad is analyzed.The BIM technology is deeply studied, and the application value of BIM technology in project cost control is analyzed.This paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the design, procurement and construction cost control of EPC general contracting project, and establishes the progress measurement model of EPC general contracting project, through the introduction of earned value method.Finally, the dynamic control of EPC project cost is realized.This paper discusses the importance of BIM technology in the cost control of general contracting project of EPC project with concrete engineering examples and analysis of relevant engineering data.
