【摘要】：任何企業(yè)要想生存并得到長期的發(fā)展,就一定要有可靠的質(zhì)量保證。企業(yè)在管理的過程中越來越重視質(zhì)量的管理和控制。在當(dāng)前市場競爭的環(huán)境下,質(zhì)量控制學(xué)科也有了較快的發(fā)展,得到了進(jìn)一步的完善,一些非常有用的管理思想已經(jīng)逐漸對企業(yè)的質(zhì)量策劃、管理以及控制等產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。本論文針對濰坊市萬合園工程項目的施工,通過采用質(zhì)量控制方面的理論以及實際應(yīng)用方法對各個施工階段展開的管理工作進(jìn)行了深刻的分析和研究,針對工作中存在的不足之處進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的施工安排以及工作分析：首先,本文詳細(xì)的闡述了建筑工程項目當(dāng)中對施工質(zhì)量的控制情況,分析了在質(zhì)量控制中所遵循的基本原理以及實際采取的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法。其次,通過對濰坊市萬合園工程項目本身具有的特點以及實際施工的概況等進(jìn)行介紹,找出工程項目在施工質(zhì)量保證方面存在問題以及隱患,采取相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。并且通過引入質(zhì)量控制這一重要概念,針對施工中的各個階段,采取數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法進(jìn)一步控制了混凝土的施工強度。最后,提出了有效控制該項目工程施工質(zhì)量的措施和對策,通過建立并完善質(zhì)量控制方面的組織技術(shù)措施,進(jìn)一步提高施工準(zhǔn)備階段以及具體施工階段的質(zhì)量控制水平,制定了更加全面的、系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量控制任務(wù)、目標(biāo)以及計劃等。本文主要將濰坊市萬合園工程項目的實際施工作為分析案例,通過采用科學(xué)合理的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,結(jié)合準(zhǔn)確可靠的定量分析工具進(jìn)行項目質(zhì)量的分析,針對分析結(jié)果中存在的質(zhì)量控制方面的問題,展開下一步的預(yù)測工作,希望這些方法以及方案可以對日后的質(zhì)量控制起到一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:Any enterprise wants to survive and obtain long-term development, must have reliable quality assurance.Enterprises pay more and more attention to quality management and control in the process of management.In the current market competition environment, the subject of quality control has also developed rapidly and further improved. Some very useful management ideas have gradually had an important impact on the quality planning, management and control of enterprises.Aiming at the construction of Weifang Wanhe Garden Project, this paper analyzes and studies the management work in every construction stage by adopting the theory of quality control and the practical application method.In view of the shortcomings of the work carried out detailed construction arrangements and work analysis: first of all, this paper elaborated in detail the construction quality in the construction project control situation,The basic principle of quality control and the method of mathematical statistics adopted in practice are analyzed.Secondly, by introducing the characteristics of Weifang Wanheyuan project itself and the general situation of actual construction, this paper finds out the existing problems and hidden dangers in the construction quality assurance of the project, and takes corresponding measures to improve it.Through the introduction of the important concept of quality control, the construction strength of concrete is further controlled by mathematical statistical method in view of each stage of construction.Finally, the measures and countermeasures to effectively control the construction quality of the project are put forward. Through establishing and perfecting the organization and technical measures of the quality control, the quality control level of the construction preparation stage and the concrete construction stage is further improved.Develop more comprehensive, systematic quality control tasks, goals, and plans.In this paper, the actual construction of Weifang Wanheyuan project is taken as an analysis case. By adopting scientific and reasonable data analysis method and combining with accurate and reliable quantitative analysis tools, the project quality analysis is carried out.Aiming at the problems of quality control in the analysis results, the next prediction work is carried out, and it is hoped that these methods and schemes will be helpful to the quality control in the future.
