【摘要】：南京市江寧區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游，經(jīng)過(guò)近10年的發(fā)展，從初期的農(nóng)家樂(lè)逐漸發(fā)展成為具有一定規(guī)模和品質(zhì)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)。在我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的大背景下鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)建設(shè)得到了各級(jí)政府部門(mén)的大力支持。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人們的生活水平不斷提高，越來(lái)越多的都市人渴望在閑暇的時(shí)光逃離城市，來(lái)到可以親近大自然的鄉(xiāng)村游憩體驗(yàn)，城市近郊的鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)正符合都市人的需求。鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)的發(fā)展一方面可以滿(mǎn)足都市人的游憩需求，另一方面加快了社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)，縮小了城鄉(xiāng)差距，一定程度上改善了三農(nóng)問(wèn)題。然而，鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展仍處于初級(jí)階段，與其相關(guān)的理論研究和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)較為缺乏，還有待進(jìn)一步研究。因此，，在這種背景環(huán)境中，研究鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)景觀(guān)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)于我國(guó)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展有著重大意義和價(jià)值，同樣也是南京市江寧區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游建設(shè)發(fā)展解決的研究課題。 本文首先闡述了我國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展背景，歸納總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村旅游和鄉(xiāng)村景觀(guān)規(guī)劃的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀，界定了鄉(xiāng)村旅游、鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游景觀(guān)規(guī)劃等相關(guān)概念，研究分析了鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)景觀(guān)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)。 其次，在對(duì)南京市江寧區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)進(jìn)行廣泛調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上，對(duì)江寧區(qū)重點(diǎn)打造建設(shè)的“五朵金花”和“新五朵金花”其中7個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)進(jìn)行深入詳細(xì)調(diào)研，分析南京市江寧區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游景觀(guān)建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題，提出南京市江寧區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游景觀(guān)規(guī)劃的原則和策略，為江寧區(qū)今后的鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)景觀(guān)規(guī)劃提供了指引。 最后，運(yùn)用以上原則和策略,針對(duì)南京市江寧區(qū)“世凹桃源”鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)景觀(guān)規(guī)劃實(shí)際項(xiàng)目，提出其景觀(guān)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案以指導(dǎo)村莊建設(shè),從而達(dá)到鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆畹暮椭C發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The rural tourism in Jiangning District of Nanjing has gradually developed from the early Nongjiale to the rural tourism area with certain scale and quality after nearly 10 years of development.Under the background of the construction of new socialist countryside and the overall development of urban and rural areas, the construction of rural tourism area has been strongly supported by government departments at all levels.With the development of social economy, people's living standard is improving constantly. More and more urban people are eager to escape from the city in their leisure time and come to the rural recreation experience which can be close to nature.Rural tourist areas in the suburbs of the city are in line with the needs of urban residents.On the one hand, the development of rural tourism areas can meet the recreational needs of urban residents, on the other hand, it speeds up the construction of new socialist countryside, reduces the gap between urban and rural areas, and improves the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers to a certain extent.However, the development of rural tourism area in our country is still in the primary stage, the related theoretical research and practical guidance are relatively lacking, and need to be further studied.Therefore, in this kind of background environment, it is of great significance and value to study the landscape planning and design of rural tourism areas for the construction of new rural areas and the development of rural tourism in China.Also is Nanjing Jiangning District rural tourism construction development to solve the research topic.Firstly, this paper expounds the development background of rural tourism in China, summarizes the related research status of rural tourism and rural landscape planning at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts of rural tourism, rural tourism area and rural tourism landscape planning.The main points of landscape planning and design of rural tourism area are studied and analyzed.Secondly, on the basis of extensive investigation of the rural tourism areas in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, the "five Golden Flowers" and "New five Golden Flowers", which are mainly built in Jiangning District, are investigated in depth and in detail in 7 rural tourist areas.The problems existing in the construction of rural tourism landscape in Jiangning District of Nanjing City are analyzed.In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the principles and strategies of rural tourism landscape planning in Jiangning District of Nanjing City, which provides guidance for the future rural tourism area landscape planning in Jiangning District.Finally, according to the above principles and strategies, aiming at the actual project of landscape planning of "Shiwa Taoyuan" rural tourism area in Jiangning District, Nanjing City, the landscape planning and design scheme is put forward to guide the village construction.In order to achieve the harmonious development of rural tourism and local residents' life.
