中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展專題研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái),中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了全球矚目的成績(jī),,各行各業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)于我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)也不例外,雖然起步較晚,但是發(fā)展迅速,目前已經(jīng)是世界第一大生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)國(guó),是我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要作用。但是在人造板行業(yè)取得快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)了諸多問(wèn)題,長(zhǎng)期健康發(fā)展遇到瓶頸和制約。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的不斷變化,我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)應(yīng)采取何種發(fā)展方式,如何充分利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì)提高資源利用率,如何利用戰(zhàn)略管理方法提高產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,如何通過(guò)資源整合與品牌建設(shè)提高行業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),如何制定行業(yè)健康持續(xù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。 本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論知識(shí)和戰(zhàn)略模型工具為分析基礎(chǔ),以我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境為背景,結(jié)合當(dāng)前行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題;通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略模型中的PEST環(huán)境分析、波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型分析、SWOT分析深入分析我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)在快速發(fā)展中突顯的問(wèn)題;通過(guò)資源整合和品牌建設(shè)相結(jié)合的實(shí)施建議,得出中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展專題研宄成果。 全文共分五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章,緒論。本章主要說(shuō)明研宄背景以及研宄的意義和目的,闡述研宄內(nèi)容和方法,歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)人造板行業(yè)的研宄成果;第二章,中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)概括研宄。本章主要簡(jiǎn)述人造板行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)情況、發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)概括了人造板行業(yè)的整體情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)問(wèn)題;第三章,中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略模型分析與問(wèn)題研宄。本章概括戰(zhàn)略管理理論知識(shí),通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略模型中的PEST環(huán)境分析、波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型分析、SWOT分析工具深入分析我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)在快速發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題,以及問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源;第四章,中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)施建議。本章提出資源整合與品牌建設(shè)的建議方法,通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略模型工具分析為依據(jù),結(jié)合當(dāng)前行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),實(shí)施中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展建議;第五章,總結(jié)。本章概括本文的研宄成果,匯總了研宄過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn),提出不足之處以及有待提高的部分。 本文系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀,指出了目前行業(yè)存在的顯著問(wèn)題,在整個(gè)行業(yè)尚缺乏發(fā)展目標(biāo)的情況下,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的理論知識(shí)研宄分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,提出了中國(guó)人造板行業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)施建議,這對(duì)于改善我國(guó)人造板行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展、提高整體市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、提高木材資源利用率等都必將起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements in the world. Various industries have flourished, and the wood-based panel industry in China is no exception. Although it started relatively late, it has developed rapidly.At present, it is the largest production and consumption country in the world, is the traditional pillar industry of our country, and plays a vital role in the economic development of our country.However, in the process of rapid development of wood-based panel industry, there are many problems, long-term healthy development encountered bottlenecks and constraints.With the constant change of the world economic environment, what kind of development mode should be adopted in China's wood-based panel industry, how to make full use of its own advantages to improve the utilization of resources, and how to use the strategic management method to improve the competitiveness of the product market.How to improve the overall competitive advantage of the industry through the integration of resources and brand building, and how to formulate a healthy and sustainable development strategy of the industry has become an urgent problem to be solved by the wood-based panel industry in China.Based on the theory of strategic management and strategic model tools, this paper analyzes and finds the problems in the context of the development environment of China's wood-based panel industry, and analyzes the problems through the analysis of the PEST environment in the strategic model.The SWOT analysis analyzes the problems highlighted in the rapid development of the wood-based panel industry in China, and obtains the special research results of the development of the wood-based panel industry in China through the implementation suggestions of the combination of resource integration and brand building.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, introduction.This chapter mainly explains the research background, the significance and purpose of the research, expounds the contents and methods of the research, and summarizes the research results of the wood-based panel industry at home and abroad; chapter two, the summary study of the wood-based panel industry in China.This chapter mainly describes the basic situation, development history and present situation of wood-based panel industry, systematically summarizes the overall situation of wood-based panel industry, finds out the industry problems; chapter three, strategic model analysis and problem research of China wood-based panel industry.Suggestions for the development of Chinese wood-based panel industry.This chapter puts forward the suggested methods of resource integration and brand building, based on the analysis of strategic model tools, combined with the current industry development status as the basis, the implementation of China's wood-based panel industry development proposals; chapter five, summary.This chapter summarizes the research results of this paper, summarizes the difficulties in the research process, puts forward the shortcomings and the parts to be improved.This paper systematically summarizes the development course and present situation of the wood-based panel industry in China, points out the obvious problems existing in the industry at present, and analyzes through systematic theoretical knowledge research and analysis in the absence of the development goal of the whole industry.At the same time, combined with the current situation and strategic environment of the industry, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of China's wood-based panel industry, which will improve the healthy development of China's wood-based panel industry and enhance the overall market competitiveness.Improving the utilization rate of wood resources will certainly play a positive role.
