【摘要】：本篇論文的課題研究為導(dǎo)師莫畏的國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“城市復(fù)興視角下的吉林省工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和再利用研究”的子課題。四平市是建國后吉林省新興的小型工業(yè)城市,城區(qū)內(nèi)分布了大量規(guī)模巨大的工業(yè)企業(yè),曾在早期為吉林省乃至全國的工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。但是隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整以及其它各方面原因,很多四平市早先的大型企業(yè)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)倒閉或轉(zhuǎn)項(xiàng)。而在這些工業(yè)企業(yè)所留下的大量工業(yè)遺存當(dāng)中,有很大一部分有著極高的價(jià)值。本篇論文以四平市區(qū)近現(xiàn)代的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為研究對象,在對四平市的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行了多次的實(shí)地調(diào)研考察與資料收集時(shí)候,對四平市的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)四平市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀對四平市有價(jià)值的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行價(jià)值評(píng)估并提出先關(guān)保護(hù)建議。希望能在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)方面,對四平市今后的城市發(fā)展有所幫助本篇論文主要分為四部分的內(nèi)容:第一部首先對論文的課題來源、以及研究的目的與意義進(jìn)行闡述。并簡要說明了本篇論文的研究內(nèi)容和方法以及國內(nèi)外在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分為對介四平市近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展脈絡(luò)與四平市近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀的闡述。通過對四平市工業(yè)發(fā)展脈絡(luò)的梳理,對四平市不同時(shí)期的工業(yè)類型以及企業(yè)的位置布局進(jìn)行分析與闡述。第三部分是以實(shí)際調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),將調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn)的重要工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)按照工業(yè)類型分類闡述。然后從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的建筑風(fēng)格特征以及四平市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的物質(zhì)構(gòu)成等方面對四平市的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行分析。第四部分首先是根據(jù)四平市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況對四平市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的獨(dú)特價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析,然后對四平市近現(xiàn)代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的價(jià)值評(píng)估。在對四平市工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行了整體的調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上,對調(diào)研過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行原因的分析,并針對這些問題,在四平市的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用上提出具有針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:The research of this thesis is a subproject of the National Natural Science Foundation project "the Industrial Heritage Conservation and reuse in Jilin Province from the Perspective of Urban Renewal".Siping City is a new small industrial city in Jilin Province after the founding of the people's Republic of China. A large number of industrial enterprises have been distributed in the urban area and have made great contributions to the development of industrial economy in Jilin Province and even the whole country in the early stage.But with industrial restructuring and other reasons, many of Siping's earlier large enterprises have now closed down or transferred items.A large part of the industrial remains left by these industrial enterprises is of great value.This paper takes the industrial heritage of Siping district as the research object, and analyzes the industrial heritage of Siping city during the investigation and data collection of the industrial heritage of Siping city.According to the present situation of industrial heritage in Siping city, the valuable industrial heritage of Siping city is evaluated and some suggestions for protection are put forward.It is hoped that in the aspect of industrial heritage protection, this paper will be helpful to the future development of the city of Siping. This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part expounds the source of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research.The research contents and methods of this paper and the current research situation in related fields at home and abroad are briefly described.The second part is about the development of modern industry in Jiesiping and the present situation of industrial heritage in Siping.By combing the development of industry in Siping City, the industrial types and the location of enterprises in different periods of Siping City are analyzed and expounded.The third part is based on the actual investigation, the important industrial heritage found in the survey is classified according to the industrial type.Then it analyzes the industrial heritage of Siping from the aspects of the architectural style and the material composition of the industrial heritage of Siping.The fourth part firstly analyzes the unique value of Siping's industrial heritage according to the actual situation of Siping's industrial heritage, and then evaluates the value of Siping's modern industrial heritage.Based on the overall investigation of the industrial heritage in Siping, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems found in the investigation, and puts forward some specific suggestions on the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage in Siping.
