混凝土原材料質(zhì)量控制的研究

【摘要】:對于混凝土工程而言,原材料質(zhì)量的控制是公路工程施工質(zhì)量控制的基礎(chǔ)和前提條件,原材料質(zhì)量控制是保證混凝土質(zhì)量的第一關(guān)。 原材料是工程實(shí)體的組成部分,是影響公路工程質(zhì)量的根本所在,對工程質(zhì)量有著直接的關(guān)系,原材料質(zhì)量的好壞是影響混凝土使用性能和使用壽命的關(guān)鍵因素。因此要求施工單位要加強(qiáng)對所用原材料的檢驗(yàn)和檢測,把好材料采購大關(guān),對原材料進(jìn)行測試鑒定,這就要求我們在原材料進(jìn)場前和進(jìn)場后都要不間斷的進(jìn)行抽樣和檢測,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格就要拒其進(jìn)場、使用,嚴(yán)禁使用不合格材料,將影響工程質(zhì)量的隱患扼殺在萌芽狀態(tài)。本文針對河北地區(qū)混凝土生產(chǎn)過程中的集料的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,并對由原材料質(zhì)量控制不當(dāng)引起的原材料和混凝土性能變化規(guī)律的進(jìn)行了研究、分析,,提出了相應(yīng)對策。 一般來說水泥混凝土是由水泥、礦物摻合料、外加劑、骨料等四大原材料組成。新拌混凝土的工作性能,硬化混凝土的強(qiáng)度、耐久性能很大程度上取決于原材料的質(zhì)量。在日益高要求的建筑施工中,水泥混凝土質(zhì)量要求也越來越高,需把握好原材料的質(zhì)量。 本文分別研究了水泥品種和細(xì)度、粉煤灰的成分和品質(zhì)、外加劑的品種和摻量以及粗、細(xì)骨料對混凝土的質(zhì)量影響,通過研究不同因素影響下混凝土的強(qiáng)度、碳化、滲透性和干濕循環(huán)作用等,對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行了分析和比較,并結(jié)合河北省地區(qū)的實(shí)際工程環(huán)境,給出了適合本地區(qū)工程需求的混凝土材料控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:For concrete engineering, raw material quality control is the foundation and precondition of highway construction quality control, and raw material quality control is the first step to guarantee concrete quality.Raw material is the component of engineering entity and the fundamental of influencing highway engineering quality. The quality of raw material is the key factor to affect the performance and service life of concrete.Therefore, the construction units are required to strengthen the inspection and testing of the raw materials used, to purchase good materials and to test and authenticate the raw materials. This requires us to conduct uninterrupted sampling and testing before and after the raw materials enter the market.Once it is found that it is not up to standard, it is forbidden to use unqualified materials and nip the hidden trouble affecting the quality of the project in its infancy.In this paper, the quality control of aggregate in concrete production in Hebei area is investigated, and the law of change of raw material and concrete performance caused by improper quality control of raw material is studied, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Generally speaking, cement concrete is composed of cement, mineral admixture, admixture and aggregate.The performance of fresh concrete, the strength and durability of hardened concrete depend to a great extent on the quality of raw materials.In the increasingly demanding construction construction, the quality of cement concrete is also higher and higher, it is necessary to grasp the quality of raw materials.In this paper, the influence of cement variety and fineness, the composition and quality of fly ash, the variety and quantity of admixture and coarse and fine aggregate on the quality of concrete are studied respectively, and the strength and carbonization of concrete under different factors are studied.The test results are analyzed and compared respectively by permeability and dry-wet cycle. Combined with the actual engineering environment in Hebei Province, the control standard of concrete materials suitable for the engineering needs of this area is given.
