【摘要】：本課題從城市設(shè)計(jì)的視角出發(fā)，以整合設(shè)計(jì)作為建筑綜合體與城市公共空間結(jié)合的契機(jī)，，通過對(duì)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間多層次、多要素空間環(huán)境有機(jī)融合的研究，為建筑綜合體更加頻繁高效的介入到城市的動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中起到一定的引導(dǎo)促進(jìn)作用。 本課題首先通過對(duì)所研究范疇的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀分析，系統(tǒng)闡述了建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)概念等基礎(chǔ)理論，并基于對(duì)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研，總結(jié)了兩者之間普遍存在的問題以及整合特征，提出整合的必要性。從而推進(jìn)了建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展趨向及其要素的研究，構(gòu)建了兩者整合設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)性原則框架。最后，歸納出建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合設(shè)計(jì)策略，并結(jié)合相關(guān)實(shí)例的具體應(yīng)用作出論證說明，指出整合設(shè)計(jì)策略對(duì)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間有機(jī)融合的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及可實(shí)施性。 本課題旨在通過建筑綜合體與城市公共空間的整合，創(chuàng)造出高效、便捷、舒適的公眾活動(dòng)空間，適應(yīng)新時(shí)代人們對(duì)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間的多元化需求。同時(shí)，也渴望當(dāng)代規(guī)劃師和建筑師在實(shí)際操作時(shí)能強(qiáng)化對(duì)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間整合觀念的應(yīng)用，以快速推進(jìn)建筑綜合體與城市公共空間一體化的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of urban design, this paper takes integrated design as an opportunity to combine architectural complex with urban public space, and studies the organic integration of multi-level and multi-element space environment between architectural complex and urban public space.For the building complex more frequent and efficient intervention in the city's dynamic circulation system play a role in guidance and promotion.First of all, through the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, this paper systematically expounds the basic theory of the integrated design of the building complex and the urban public space, and so on.Based on the investigation of the relationship between the building complex and the urban public space, this paper summarizes the common problems and the characteristics of the integration between the two, and puts forward the necessity of the integration.Thus, the research on the development trend and elements of the integrated design of building complex and urban public space is advanced, and the guiding principle frame of the integrated design between the two is constructed.Finally, the integrated design strategy of building complex and urban public space is summarized, and the concrete application of relevant examples is demonstrated and explained.This paper points out the practical significance and implementability of integrated design strategy for the organic integration of architectural complex and urban public space.The purpose of this paper is to create an efficient, convenient and comfortable public activity space through the integration of architectural complex and urban public space, and to adapt to the diversified needs of architectural complex and urban public space in the new era.At the same time, it is also eager for contemporary planners and architects to strengthen the application of the concept of integration of architectural complex and urban public space in practice, so as to accelerate the process of integration of architectural complex and urban public space.
