【摘要】：中國(guó)的酒店業(yè),在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶動(dòng)下,得以迅猛的發(fā)展。隨著人們對(duì)精神追求的不斷增長(zhǎng)及酒店同質(zhì)化的增加,酒店業(yè)內(nèi)部面臨著嚴(yán)峻的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。主題酒店因其具有明確的主題,與普通酒店充分實(shí)現(xiàn)了差異化,逐漸在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出。但是因其在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展還處于起步期,理論研究不多,在設(shè)計(jì)上還存在很多問(wèn)題,所以對(duì)于主題酒店的空間設(shè)計(jì)研究非常必要,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文分析了主題酒店的形成和發(fā)展、定義和分類,研究了它的空間組成和設(shè)計(jì)手法,以及如何通過(guò)空間設(shè)計(jì)更好的體現(xiàn)主題文化,提升酒店品質(zhì)。同時(shí)以目前正在設(shè)計(jì)和建造的本公司實(shí)例,分析主題酒店的主題功能空間和特色空間在設(shè)計(jì)上的手法,以及酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)策劃方面的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。主題酒店的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)在于主要功能空間和特色空間的設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于空間的設(shè)計(jì)要借鑒和提升已有的空間場(chǎng)景,通過(guò)聯(lián)想和創(chuàng)造,達(dá)到塑造主題特色空間,給游人和顧客留下深刻印象的目的。本文以理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的手法,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的主題酒店案例,通過(guò)對(duì)主題酒店空間設(shè)計(jì)的研究,力圖對(duì)主題酒店的設(shè)計(jì)和經(jīng)營(yíng)起到一定參考的作用。
[Abstract]:China's hotel industry, driven by social and economic development, has developed rapidly.With the increasing of spiritual pursuit and homogenization of hotels, the hotel industry is facing severe competition.Hotel Theme, because of its clear theme, fully differentiated from ordinary hotels, gradually stand out in the competition.However, because it is still in the initial stage of development in China, there are not many theoretical studies, and there are still many problems in the design, so the research on the space design of Hotel Theme is very necessary and has important practical significance.This paper analyzes the formation and development, definition and classification of Hotel Theme, studies its space composition and design techniques, and how to better reflect the theme culture through space design to improve hotel quality.At the same time, with the example of our company which is designing and constructing at present, this paper analyzes the design methods of the theme function space and the characteristic space of Hotel Theme, as well as the related problems in the hotel management and planning.The design of Hotel Theme lies in the design of main function space and characteristic space.For the design of space we should draw lessons from and improve the existing space scene, through association and creation, to shape the theme of the special space, to leave a deep impression on visitors and customers.In this paper, by combining theory with practice and referring to the successful cases of Hotel Theme at home and abroad, through the study of Hotel Theme space design, the author tries to play a certain reference role in the design and management of Hotel Theme.
