【摘要】：高層住宅及其環(huán)境作為一種重要的都市居住形態(tài),已經(jīng)越來(lái)越被人們所關(guān)注,高層住宅區(qū)的外部空間質(zhì)量也引起人們的高度關(guān)注。宅旁綠地是高層住宅區(qū)外部空間的重要組成部分,是居民日常休閑和交往的重要場(chǎng)所,是小區(qū)綠化的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),宅旁綠地作為建筑空間向外部空間的過(guò)渡,承擔(dān)著提升居住環(huán)境的生態(tài)效益、美化環(huán)境的角色。高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地中,宅旁綠地空間少,建筑尺度高,園林與建筑的關(guān)系失衡。同時(shí),高層住宅建筑體量尺度大,在空間上占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì),起主導(dǎo)地位,給居住環(huán)境帶來(lái)壓力。如何通過(guò)宅旁綠地植物配置緩解這種壓力,創(chuàng)造舒適的居住環(huán)境,是一個(gè)值得研究的課題。本文在對(duì)現(xiàn)有高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物景觀(guān)的調(diào)查分析和對(duì)生態(tài)學(xué)、園林美學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究了解基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物配置的影響因素進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的探討,并重點(diǎn)研究了成都市典型高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物景觀(guān),提出了相應(yīng)的植物配置策略。全文主要分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分提出問(wèn)題。首先分析了高層住宅區(qū)在成都市興起和發(fā)展的必要性,指出居住環(huán)境的改變對(duì)居民生活的影響,并闡述了論文的研究意義、方法和框架；第二部分分析問(wèn)題。解釋了文章涉及的重點(diǎn)概念,并分析、總結(jié)了論文的理論基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)宅旁綠地植物配置的科學(xué)性與藝術(shù)性以及與居民生活的關(guān)系,總結(jié)出高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物配置的影響因素,并對(duì)成都市典型高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物景觀(guān)進(jìn)行分析,得出宅旁綠地運(yùn)用植物種類(lèi)基本一致,不同類(lèi)型的宅旁綠地其景觀(guān)效果和景觀(guān)功能各不相同。第三部分解決問(wèn)題。在前兩部分的基礎(chǔ)上,探討成都市高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物配置策略,以期對(duì)成都市高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物配置提供一個(gè)新的思路。高層住宅區(qū)宅旁綠地植物配置只有做到景觀(guān)與功能相結(jié)合,才能創(chuàng)造一個(gè)舒適的居住環(huán)境,才能真正滿(mǎn)足住戶(hù)的需求,從而更好的為民服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:As an important urban residential form, high-rise housing and its environment have been paid more and more attention to.The green space beside the house is an important part of the outer space of the high-rise residential area, an important place for residents' daily leisure and communication, and the basis of the community greening.At the same time, as the transition from the building space to the external space, the green space beside the house plays the role of improving the ecological efficiency of the living environment and beautifying the environment.In the residential green space of high-rise residential area, the green space beside the house is less, the building scale is high, and the relationship between garden and architecture is out of balance.At the same time, the high-rise residential buildings have a large scale, occupy a dominant position in space, and bring pressure to the living environment.How to relieve the pressure and create a comfortable living environment through the arrangement of green plants next to the house is a subject worth studying.This paper is based on the investigation and analysis of the plant landscape beside the houses in the existing high-rise residential areas and the research on the related subjects such as ecology, garden aesthetics, environmental psychology, etc.This paper discusses in detail the factors affecting the plant allocation of the residential green space in the high-rise residential areas, and puts forward the corresponding plant allocation strategies for the plant landscape of the typical high-rise residential areas in Chengdu.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part raises questions.This paper first analyzes the necessity of the rise and development of the high-rise residential area in Chengdu, points out the influence of the change of the living environment on the residents' life, and expounds the significance, methods and framework of the thesis; the second part analyzes the problems.This paper explains the key concepts involved in the paper, analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of the paper.According to the relationship between the scientific and artistic disposition of the green space beside the residence and the life of the residents, this paper sums up the influencing factors of the plant configuration beside the house in the high-rise residential area, and analyzes the plant landscape of the green space beside the house beside the typical high-rise residential area in Chengdu.It is concluded that the use of plant species is basically the same, and the landscape effect and landscape function of different types of residential green space are different.The third part solves the problem.On the basis of the first two parts, this paper probes into the strategy of plant allocation beside the residential green space in Chengdu high-rise residential area, in order to provide a new idea for the allocation of green space beside the residence in the high-rise residential district of Chengdu.In order to create a comfortable living environment and meet the needs of the residents, the plant configuration beside the residential buildings in the high-rise residential areas can only combine the landscape with the functions, and serve the people better.
