【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來，城市建設(shè)與人口、社會、資源、環(huán)境之間的矛盾日益加劇，建設(shè)生態(tài)城成為世界范圍內(nèi)解決城市問題的基本方法，也成為全社會共同關(guān)注的核心議題。生態(tài)、綠色、低碳概念的演進(jìn)，賦予了生態(tài)城市設(shè)計更加深刻的內(nèi)涵，設(shè)計結(jié)合自然、順應(yīng)自然，依然是為生態(tài)城市設(shè)計的核心理念。當(dāng)前，生態(tài)城市設(shè)計在宏觀區(qū)域、城市層面已經(jīng)取得了較為系統(tǒng)的理論和實踐研究，開始向中觀街區(qū)層級和實效性研究轉(zhuǎn)化，綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計策略和方法的提出正是這一趨勢的必然產(chǎn)物。 本文主要包括七個章節(jié)： 第一章闡述綠色街區(qū)及其城市設(shè)計的研究背景、目的、意義及現(xiàn)階段的研究進(jìn)展，提出本文的研究思路、方法及創(chuàng)新點，構(gòu)建本文的整體研究框架。 第二章從城市生態(tài)學(xué)、城市形態(tài)學(xué)、城市文化學(xué)角度闡述了綠色街區(qū)的研究視角，對綠色街區(qū)的影響要素進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)，，提出了綠色街區(qū)的基本概念和內(nèi)容，為綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章構(gòu)建了綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的技術(shù)體系，系統(tǒng)闡述了綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的基本概念、內(nèi)涵及主要特征，從生態(tài)優(yōu)先、系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)、技術(shù)融合與創(chuàng)新、人本與文化方面提出綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的基本原則。 第四章分析了綠色街區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境要素與街區(qū)城市設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的關(guān)聯(lián)度，提出了適應(yīng)城市不同生態(tài)環(huán)境要素的綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計策略與方法。 第五章系統(tǒng)闡述了生態(tài)城市設(shè)計的研究層級，提出了適應(yīng)城市不同空間特性的綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計策略與方法。 第六章提出綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的技術(shù)支撐策略，探索了信息技術(shù)、節(jié)能技術(shù)與綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的有效結(jié)合。 第七章系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外生態(tài)城指針系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展，指出生態(tài)城指針系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢，提出以可持續(xù)發(fā)展指針為核心思想，構(gòu)建綠色街區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指針系統(tǒng)，并提出建立基于實效性的綠色街區(qū)管理體系。 第八章以中新天津生態(tài)城為例，系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了天津生態(tài)城的基本概況和發(fā)展歷程，把綠色街區(qū)的研究成果應(yīng)用于具體實踐，提出了中新天津生態(tài)城綠色街區(qū)城市設(shè)計的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the contradiction between urban construction and population, society, resources and environment has become increasingly serious. The construction of ecological city has become the basic method to solve urban problems in the world, and has also become the core issue of the whole society.The evolution of the concept of ecology, green and low carbon endows the design of ecological city with more profound connotation. The combination of design with nature and adaptation to nature is still the core idea of ecological city design.At present, eco-city design has made systematic theoretical and practical research in macro area and urban level, and has begun to transform to the level and effectiveness research of meso-block.The strategy and method of green block urban design is the inevitable result of this trend.This paper mainly includes seven chapters:The first chapter describes the research background, purpose, significance and current research progress of green block and its urban design, puts forward the research ideas, methods and innovations of this paper, and constructs the overall research framework of this paper.In the second chapter, from the perspective of urban ecology, urban morphology and urban culturology, the research angle of green block is expounded, and the influencing factors of green block are analyzed and summarized, and the basic concept and content of green block are put forward.It provides a theoretical basis for the study of green block urban design.In the third chapter, the technical system of green block urban design is constructed, and the basic concept, connotation and main characteristics of green block urban design are expounded systematically, from ecological priority, system connection, technology integration and innovation.The basic principles of urban design of green block are put forward in the aspect of humanism and culture.The fourth chapter analyzes the correlation degree between the ecological environmental elements of green blocks and the urban design system of green blocks, and puts forward the strategies and methods of urban design of green blocks adapted to different ecological environment elements of cities.In the fifth chapter, the research levels of eco-city design are systematically expounded, and the strategies and methods of urban design of green blocks adapted to different spatial characteristics of cities are put forward.The sixth chapter puts forward the technical support strategy of green block urban design, and explores the effective combination of information technology, energy saving technology and green block urban design.The seventh chapter systematically summarizes the research progress of ecological city pointer system at home and abroad, points out the development trend of ecological city pointer system, and proposes to construct a green block sustainable development pointer system with sustainable development guideline as the core idea.And put forward to establish the green district management system based on actual effect.The eighth chapter takes the Zhongxin Tianjin Ecological City as an example, systematically summarizes the basic situation and the development course of Tianjin Ecological City, applies the research results of the green block to the concrete practice, and puts forward the optimization strategy of the green district design of the Zhongxin Tianjin Ecological City.
