儲煤倉三心圓柱面屋蓋風(fēng)荷載及風(fēng)振特性研究

【摘要】:大型百米級跨度的儲煤倉屬典型風(fēng)敏感結(jié)構(gòu),風(fēng)荷載是設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要重點(diǎn)考慮的荷載。目前荷載規(guī)范中,僅提供全封閉的柱殼體型系數(shù)取值建議,而對于實(shí)際工程中常用的全開敞及半開敞的煤倉柱殼目前尚沒有體型系數(shù)等信息可供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。 本文針對典型三心圓柱殼儲煤倉考慮了不同開敞方式及長寬比的影響進(jìn)行了系列風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),對屋蓋風(fēng)荷載及風(fēng)振特性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,主要包括:平均及脈動風(fēng)荷載特性分析,風(fēng)振響應(yīng)分析。為進(jìn)一步的理論分析和實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。主要內(nèi)容如下: 1.設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行了系列三心圓儲煤倉柱殼剛性模型測壓試驗(yàn),長寬比為1、1.5和2,開敞方式包括了全封閉、全開敞及半開敞等6種不同的方式,地貌為B類。 2.基于風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),,研究了儲煤倉平均風(fēng)荷載特性,探討了開敞方式及長寬比對儲煤倉平均風(fēng)荷載的影響,給出不同開敞方式下的最不利風(fēng)向角為:全封閉60°、全開敞60°、半開敞30°,及最不利風(fēng)向角下的分區(qū)體型系數(shù)取值建議,比較了開敞方式變化對三心圓柱殼屋蓋各處風(fēng)荷載的影響。 3.對儲煤倉脈動風(fēng)荷載及脈動風(fēng)壓功率譜進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究,探討了開敞方式及長寬比對脈動風(fēng)荷載的影響,給出了適用于維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的局部體型系數(shù)。通過自譜和互譜特性分析,得到了長寬比及開敞方式對脈動風(fēng)壓譜的影響,給出了不同長寬比及開敞方式儲煤倉脈動風(fēng)壓自譜及互譜模型。 4.通過建立有限元模型并利用風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)得到的風(fēng)壓時(shí)程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)振響應(yīng)分析,得到了3種長寬比及6種開敞方式的儲煤倉共計(jì)18種工況,在30°、60°及90°風(fēng)向角下的風(fēng)振響應(yīng),包括節(jié)點(diǎn)位移響應(yīng)、單元內(nèi)力響應(yīng)及支座反力響應(yīng),并確定了基于響應(yīng)的風(fēng)振系數(shù)及等效靜風(fēng)荷載,經(jīng)過整理得到了可供設(shè)計(jì)參考的不同長寬比儲煤倉風(fēng)振系數(shù)。風(fēng)振系數(shù)根據(jù)不同響應(yīng)取值為:長寬比為1時(shí)取值2.5、長寬比為1.5時(shí)取值2.8、長寬比為2時(shí)取值3.0。
[Abstract]:Large 100 meter span coal storage bunker is a typical wind-sensitive structure, and wind load is the load that should be considered in design.At present, in the load code, only the advice of the fully enclosed cylindrical shell coefficient is provided, but for the fully open and semi-open coal bunker shell, which is commonly used in practical engineering, there is no information such as shape coefficient for designers to refer to at present.In this paper, a series of wind tunnel tests are carried out for typical three-core cylindrical shell coal storage bunkers considering the effects of different open ways and aspect ratio. The wind load and wind-induced vibration characteristics of roof are systematically studied, including the analysis of average and pulsating wind load characteristics.Wind vibration response analysis.It provides the basis for further theoretical analysis and practical engineering design.The main contents are as follows:1.A series of three center circular coal storage bunker shell rigid model pressure measurement tests were designed and carried out. The aspect ratio is 1: 1. 5 and 2. The open mode includes 6 different ways, such as completely closed, fully open and semi-open, and the geomorphology is B.2.Based on the wind tunnel test data, the average wind load characteristics of coal storage bunker are studied, and the effects of open mode and aspect ratio on the average wind load of coal storage bunker are discussed.The most unfavorable wind direction angles under different open modes are as follows: totally closed 60 擄, full open 60 擄, semi-open 30 擄, and the partition shape coefficient under the most unfavorable wind direction angle is suggested, and the influence of the variation of open mode on the wind loads around the three-core cylindrical shell is compared.3.The pulsating wind load and pulsating wind pressure power spectrum of coal storage bunker are studied in detail. The influence of open mode and aspect ratio on pulsating wind load is discussed. The local shape coefficient suitable for the design of maintenance structure is given.The influence of aspect ratio and open mode on fluctuating wind pressure spectrum is obtained by analyzing the characteristics of autospectrum and cross-spectrum. The autospectrum and cross-spectrum model of fluctuating wind pressure in different aspect ratio and open mode are given.4.Based on the finite element model and the wind pressure time history data obtained from wind tunnel test, the wind-induced vibration response of three coal storage bunkers with three aspect / width ratios and six open modes was obtained under 30 擄~ 60 擄and 90 擄wind direction angle.It includes node displacement response, element internal force response and support reaction response, and determines the wind-induced vibration coefficient and equivalent static wind load based on the response.The values of wind-induced vibration coefficient are as follows: when the aspect ratio is 1, the aspect ratio is 2.5, the aspect ratio is 1.5, the value is 2.8, and the aspect ratio is 2, the value is 3.0.
