【摘要】：項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理涉及到工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和效益這兩個(gè)核心的方面。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與項(xiàng)目成本管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理足項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制是保證項(xiàng)目按期完成的關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)。樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)度管理意識(shí)淡薄,管理方式方法落后,制度不健全,缺乏專職進(jìn)度控制人員。由于進(jìn)度管理基礎(chǔ)薄弱,對(duì)項(xiàng)日成功帶來很大影響,因此,對(duì)樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理研究有重要意義。本人作為樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的管理工作者,直接參與了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的具體計(jì)劃的制定、實(shí)施,因此,選擇該工程的進(jìn)度管理作為學(xué)位論文的研究課題加以研究。本文運(yùn)用了理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、資料分析以及文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,以樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目為背景,詳細(xì)地論述了進(jìn)度管理方法在項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用過程。文章首先概要介紹了進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論與方法。其次,詳細(xì)論述了進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)理論在樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定中的應(yīng)用。接著,文章闡述了樂陵市泰山現(xiàn)代城房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行與控制過程。最后,對(duì)工程的實(shí)際進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了檢查,通過檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)了實(shí)際進(jìn)度過程中出現(xiàn)的偏差,通過分析實(shí)際進(jìn)度過程中出現(xiàn)偏差的原因,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃做出了調(diào)整,以此提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的有效性和穩(wěn)定性。本文將項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)踐,以項(xiàng)目管理軟件為工具,使項(xiàng)目管理者能夠快速獲取所需要的工程數(shù)據(jù),為其決策提供支持,最大限度地減少了計(jì)劃過程的工作量,提高了工作效率,達(dá)到了縮短工期、資源均衡分配的目的。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management involves the two core aspects of project quality and benefit.Project schedule management and project cost management, project quality management is the most important part of project management.Schedule planning and schedule control are the key management links to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.The real estate project of Taishan Modern City in Leling City has a weak sense of schedule management backward management methods imperfect system and a lack of full-time schedule control personnel.Because the foundation of schedule management is weak, it has great influence on the success of item day. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the progress management of real estate project in Mount Taishan modern city of Leling city.As the manager of the real estate project in Mount Taishan modern city of Leling City, I directly participated in the formulation and implementation of the project schedule management. Therefore, I chose the progress management of the project as the research topic of the thesis.This paper uses the method of combining theory and practice, data analysis and literature research, taking the real estate project of Taishan modern city of Leling city as the background, discusses the practical application process of schedule management method in the project in detail.This paper introduces the basic theories and methods of schedule management.Secondly, the paper discusses the application of schedule management theory in the development of real estate project schedule of Leshan modern city.Then, the paper expounds the execution and control process of the real estate project schedule of Leshan modern city.Finally, the actual progress of the project and the progress of the plan were checked, through the inspection, found the deviation in the actual progress process, through the analysis of the causes of the deviation in the actual progress process, the project schedule was adjusted.In order to improve the effectiveness and stability of the project schedule.In this paper, the theory and method of project management are applied to engineering practice. The project management software is used as a tool to enable the project manager to obtain the required engineering data quickly and provide support for its decision-making.It minimizes the workload of the planning process, improves the working efficiency, and achieves the goal of shortening the duration of the project and allocating resources evenly.
