正定綜合服務(wù)中心高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震抗風(fēng)分析

【摘要】:由于城市景觀和建筑功能的需要,新穎結(jié)構(gòu)形式日益俱增,高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)就是其中最典型的一類(lèi)。該類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)體系的特點(diǎn)是連體部位位于高空,主體塔樓與連體結(jié)構(gòu)形成較強(qiáng)的空間耦聯(lián)作用,其受力性能要比一般高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜得多。正定綜合服務(wù)中心工程中的高層建筑在其頂部設(shè)置75.6m大跨度連接體鋼桁架,鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)寬14.45m,側(cè)向懸挑長(zhǎng)度7.45m。該高層連體建筑結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,平面和豎向均不規(guī)則,在地震作用下動(dòng)力響應(yīng)較強(qiáng),扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)明顯;另外,工程所處場(chǎng)地開(kāi)闊、結(jié)構(gòu)體型對(duì)風(fēng)荷載敏感。本文對(duì)正定綜合服務(wù)中心工程高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震抗風(fēng)性能進(jìn)行了分析,主要工作如下:(1)確定了鋼桁架連接體與兩端塔樓的剛性連接方式;(2)采用SATWE設(shè)計(jì)軟件分別對(duì)單塔結(jié)構(gòu)模型和雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)自振特性和模態(tài)分析,并比較了計(jì)算結(jié)果,兩者吻合較好;分別采用SATWE和SAP2000軟件對(duì)高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了地震作用下的彈性時(shí)程和彈塑性時(shí)程分析,得到了地震作用下連體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)規(guī)律;找出了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施;(3)進(jìn)行了高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),得到了高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)壓分布規(guī)律和最大值,為工程設(shè)計(jì)提供了風(fēng)荷載建議值。
[Abstract]:Due to the need of urban landscape and architectural functions, new structural forms are increasing day by day, and the high-rise conjoined structure is the most typical one.The characteristics of this kind of structure system are that the joint part is located in the upper air, and the main tower and the connected structure form a strong spatial coupling, and its mechanical performance is much more complicated than that of the general high-rise building structure.75.6 m long span steel truss is installed on the top of the high-rise building in Zhengding integrated service center project. The steel truss structure is 14.45m wide and the lateral cantilever length is 7.45m.The high-rise contiguous building has complex structure, irregular plane and vertical direction, strong dynamic response and obvious torsional effect under earthquake. In addition, the site of the project is open and the structure shape is sensitive to wind load.In this paper, the aseismic and wind-resistant performance of high-rise conjoined structures in Zhengding Integrated Service Center is analyzed.The main work is as follows: (1) the rigid connection mode between the steel truss connection and the two ends tower is determined. (2) the structural natural vibration characteristics and modal analysis of the single tower structure model and the double tower connected structure model are carried out by using SATWE design software, respectively.The calculated results are in good agreement with each other, and the elastic time history and elastic-plastic time history analysis of high-rise connected structures are carried out by using SATWE and SAP2000 software respectively, and the dynamic response law of the connected structures under earthquake action is obtained.The weak link of seismic resistance of the structure is found out, and the corresponding strengthening measures are put forward. The wind tunnel test of the high-rise connected structure is carried out, and the law of wind pressure distribution and the maximum value of the wind pressure are obtained, which provides the suggested value of wind load for the engineering design.
