【摘要】:集中供暖的發(fā)展水平已被公認(rèn)為是衡量一個(gè)城市現(xiàn)代化的標(biāo)志,而集中供暖控制系統(tǒng)管理水平將制約著集中供熱技術(shù)的發(fā)展,成為集中供暖事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文根據(jù)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段集中供熱行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出“熱網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)平衡控制法”,即在“單位時(shí)間內(nèi)按供熱面積平均分配熱源的供熱量”來(lái)控制熱用戶的得熱量,并通過(guò)集中供暖的數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)視控制系統(tǒng),來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)全網(wǎng)熱用戶的室溫達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的方法。本文較好地解決了城市集中供熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的三大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題。第一要點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)的就地分散的PLC控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了二級(jí)熱力站無(wú)人值守的目地,減少了人力運(yùn)營(yíng)管理成本。第二要點(diǎn),采用光纖、ADSL和GPRS等通訊手段,建成虛擬局域VPN網(wǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)就地分散PLC控制系統(tǒng)到中央集中的數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)視控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)和指令能實(shí)時(shí)、安全、可靠的傳輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)了供熱系統(tǒng)的整體控制的目標(biāo)。第三要點(diǎn),將原有的“熱源——熱網(wǎng)——熱力站”系統(tǒng)分別、獨(dú)立的控制方法,設(shè)計(jì)為在中央監(jiān)控中心對(duì)整個(gè)熱網(wǎng)全方位監(jiān)控,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)這個(gè)熱網(wǎng)集中調(diào)節(jié)的目的,并保證各個(gè)熱力站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)就地分散控制的方法,基本上解決了部分地區(qū)供熱行業(yè)現(xiàn)存的最終熱用戶得熱不均勻,整個(gè)供熱管網(wǎng)供熱失調(diào)的老大難問(wèn)題,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)以相對(duì)最優(yōu)化的能源利用,達(dá)到相對(duì)最佳的供熱效果。采用上述的方法,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的集中供暖自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng),勢(shì)必為我國(guó)相關(guān)地區(qū)的集中供熱行業(yè)減少能源消耗,減少因供熱系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的廢氣、廢物,從而改善當(dāng)?shù)毓岘h(huán)境,并提高當(dāng)?shù)毓嵝Ч木鶆蛐?為當(dāng)?shù)毓嵝袠I(yè)帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development level of central heating has been recognized as a symbol to measure the modernization of a city, and the management level of central heating control system will restrict the development of central heating technology and become the key to the development of central heating.According to the present situation of the central heating industry in our country, this paper puts forward the "dynamic balance control method of heat network", that is, "the heat supply of heat source is distributed equally according to the heating area per unit time" to control the heat gain of the heat user.Through the data acquisition and monitoring control system of central heating, the method of achieving dynamic balance at room temperature is realized.In this paper, three key technical problems of urban central heating monitoring system are well solved.The first point is the design of the local decentralized PLC control system which realizes the unattended target of the secondary thermal station and reduces the cost of human operation management.Secondly, the virtual local area VPN network is built by means of optical fiber ADSL and GPRS. The data and instructions from the local distributed PLC control system to the central centralized data acquisition and monitoring control system can be transmitted in real time, safely and reliably.The goal of overall control of heating system is realized.The third point is that the original "heat source-heat net-thermal station" system is designed to monitor the whole heat network in the central monitoring center separately and independently, so as to achieve the purpose of centralized regulation of the heat network.And to ensure that the local decentralized control method can be realized in various thermal stations, which basically solves the old and difficult problem of the existing end heat users of the heating industry in some areas and the heating maladjustment of the whole heating network.To achieve relatively optimal energy use, to achieve the best heating effect.By adopting the above method, the automatic control system for central heating is designed and realized, which is bound to reduce energy consumption, waste gas and waste generated by heating system for the central heating industry in relevant areas of our country, thereby improving the local heating environment.And improve the uniformity of the local heating effect, bring new development for the local heating industry.
