白云石粉混凝土復合礦物摻合料的研究

【摘要】:本論文通過試驗研究了將細磨白云石粉加入水泥膠砂及混凝土中,利用水泥里的堿與白云石發(fā)生的堿-碳酸鹽反應能產(chǎn)生體積膨脹的原理,制備出具有抗?jié)B、抗凍功能的混凝土復合礦物摻合料。這一技術(shù)會對功能性混凝土復合礦物摻合料的生產(chǎn)和推廣應用將會起到良好的促進作用;炷猎谀Y(jié)硬化過程中,由于混凝土中水分的變化、水泥的水化反應、溫度變化等原因,均會導致混凝土產(chǎn)生一定的體積收縮;炷馏w積收縮以及由體積收縮引起的裂縫對混凝土自身的承載能力、工作性能、耐久性能等均會產(chǎn)生不利的影響。本論文通過對養(yǎng)護齡期內(nèi)試件抗壓強度及膨脹收縮變化的測定,證實了在水泥中摻入一定數(shù)量的白云石粉可對水泥體積收縮產(chǎn)生一定的補償作用。用X射線衍射證明了在水泥中摻入的白云石粉經(jīng)過水化已經(jīng)形成了新的水化產(chǎn)物。用掃描電鏡觀察對比試件的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),證實了在水泥中摻入白云石粉發(fā)生了堿-碳酸鹽膨脹反應,消除了水泥水化體積收縮形成的顯微裂縫。由水泥膠砂試件的抗壓強度試驗,了解了白云石粉含量對水泥強度的影響,證實了白云石粉的摻入對水泥的抗壓強度和抗折強度均無明顯的不良影響。本論文還進一步分析了不同堿作為引發(fā)劑及其摻量對水泥膠砂試件強度的影響,從而得出白云石的活性及其適合的堿引發(fā)劑,最后本文還對白云石粉摻量不同的混凝土試件進行了強度、抗凍、抗碳化、抗?jié)B等性能的試驗,經(jīng)過分析討論得出白云石復合礦物摻合料能很好的提高混凝土的抗?jié)B、抗碳化性能。所以利用堿激發(fā)白云石能產(chǎn)生體積膨脹的原理,制備出具有抗?jié)B、抗碳化性能的混凝土復合摻合料,理論可靠、材料用量少、效果明顯、造價低廉,在混凝土以及砂漿的生產(chǎn)和使用方面,將具有廣闊的市場前景和較高的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the principle of volume expansion was studied by adding fine grinding dolomite powder into cement sand and concrete, and the impermeability was obtained by using alkali and dolomite reaction in cement to produce volume expansion. This technology will play a good role in the production and application of functional concrete compound mineral admixture. Because of the change of water content in concrete, the hydration reaction of cement, the change of temperature and so on, the concrete will produce certain volume shrinkage, and the concrete volume shrinkage and the crack caused by volume shrinkage will bring about the bearing capacity of concrete itself. In this paper, the compressive strength and expansion shrinkage of the specimens during the curing period were measured. It is proved that adding a certain amount of dolomite powder into cement can compensate the volume shrinkage of cement. X-ray diffraction shows that the dolomite powder mixed in cement has formed a new hydration yield after hydration. The microstructure of the specimen was observed and compared by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It has been proved that the alkali carbonate expansion reaction occurred in the cement mixed with dolomite powder, which eliminated the microcracks formed by the shrinkage of cement hydration volume. The influence of dolomite content on cement strength was studied. It was proved that the addition of dolomite powder had no obvious adverse effect on the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement. The effect of different alkali as initiator and its content on the strength of cement mortar was further analyzed in this paper. The activity of dolomite and its suitable alkali initiator are obtained. Finally, the strength, freezing resistance, carbonization resistance, impermeability and other properties of concrete specimens with different dolomite content are tested. Through analysis and discussion, it is concluded that dolomite compound mineral admixture can improve the impermeability and carbonation resistance of concrete very well. Therefore, by using the principle of volume expansion of dolomite excited by alkali, the impermeability is prepared. The carbonation resistant concrete compound admixture has the advantages of reliable theory, less material consumption, obvious effect and low cost. It will have a broad market prospect and high popularizing value in the production and use of concrete and mortar.
