【摘要】：針對(duì)索桿預(yù)張力結(jié)構(gòu)施工中存在的桿件長度誤差,基于隨機(jī)理論建立符合正態(tài)分布的隨機(jī)誤差模型,推導(dǎo)了結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)張力偏差與索長偏差的基本關(guān)系,并根據(jù)數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法得到隨機(jī)預(yù)張力偏差的統(tǒng)計(jì)特性,得到各桿件長度誤差敏感性評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過設(shè)計(jì)跨度為5 m的空腹索桁架結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并在其上調(diào)整索桿長度來模擬施工過程中產(chǎn)生的長度誤差。分析了引入誤差后體系預(yù)張力變化及結(jié)合ANSYS軟件數(shù)值分析來考察驗(yàn)證各桿件的誤差敏感性。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)張力結(jié)構(gòu)不同桿件具有不同長度誤差敏感性。空腹索桁架結(jié)構(gòu)中環(huán)索誤差敏感性最明顯,脊索、斜索次之,桅桿最弱;試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論分析基本一致,表明理論分析和模型設(shè)計(jì)加工的有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the length error of member in the construction of cable-rod pre-tension structure, the random error model according to the normal distribution is established based on the random theory, and the basic relationship between the pre-tension deviation and the cable length deviation of the structure is deduced. According to the statistical characteristics of random pretension deviation, the sensitivity evaluation method of the length error of each member is obtained. The model of an empty web cable truss structure with span of 5 m is designed. The length of cable rod is adjusted to simulate the length error in construction process. The change of system pre-tension after introducing error is analyzed and the sensitivity of error of each member is investigated and verified with the numerical analysis of ANSYS software. The sensitivity of different members of pretension structure is different in length error. The sensitivity of ring cable error is the most obvious in fasting cable truss structure. The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis, which shows the validity and correctness of the theoretical analysis and model design and processing.
