木蘭科部分含笑屬植物繁殖技術(shù)研究及園林應(yīng)用

【摘要】:木蘭科(Magnoliaceae)含笑屬(Michelia)樹種約有80余種,分布于亞洲熱帶、亞熱帶和溫帶地區(qū)。我國(guó)約有70種,主要產(chǎn)自西南至東南部,云南最多。含笑屬樹種大多是常綠喬木或灌木,樹姿、葉形俱美,花香芬芳,花開如笑。它是材用、藥用、油用等寶貴的林木種質(zhì)資源,也是世界著名的觀賞園林綠化樹種,具有良好的開發(fā)前景。本文通過對(duì)含笑屬植物進(jìn)行綜合研究及評(píng)價(jià),從而達(dá)到加快城市園林綠化進(jìn)程,豐富園林綠化樹種的研究意義;同時(shí)為含笑屬植物的引種馴化提供理論依據(jù)。本論文在總結(jié)已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了部分含笑屬植物的繁殖實(shí)驗(yàn),進(jìn)行了不同扦插基質(zhì)、不同激素濃度、不同時(shí)期的插扦繁殖試驗(yàn),以及不同季節(jié)、不同嫁接方式的嫁接試驗(yàn)。同時(shí),對(duì)21種含笑屬植物的生態(tài)習(xí)性,及中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)校園內(nèi)21種含笑屬植物的分布以及生長(zhǎng)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。 (1)利用不同基質(zhì)對(duì)麻栗坡含笑進(jìn)行插穗生根研究,研究表明珍珠巖基質(zhì)對(duì)麻栗坡含笑插穗繁殖效果最好。生根率高低依次為珍珠巖(78.13%)珍珠巖+河沙(1:3)(62.50%)=泥炭土+珍珠巖(1:3)(62.50%)河沙(56.25%)。 (2)利用不同激素濃度對(duì)麻栗坡含笑進(jìn)行插穗生根的影響,研究表明CK對(duì)照的效果最好,其生根率達(dá)到78.13%。 (3)利用不同基質(zhì)對(duì)野含笑進(jìn)行插穗生根的研究,研究表明泥炭土+珍珠巖(1:3)基質(zhì)及珍珠巖基質(zhì)對(duì)野含笑插穗繁殖效果最好。生根率高低依次為泥炭土+珍珠巖(1:3)(71.88%)=珍珠巖(71.88%)河沙(56.25%)珍珠巖+河沙(1:3)(43.75%)。基質(zhì)為泥炭土+珍珠巖(1:3)、珍珠巖的生根率最高,經(jīng)分析顯著高于河沙、珍珠巖+河沙(1:3)的生根率。 (4)利用不同激素對(duì)野含笑插穗生根的影響,研究表明濃度為8000mg/L的K-IBA激素處理后,野含笑插穗繁殖效果最好。 (5)利用白玉蘭做砧木對(duì)含笑屬植物進(jìn)行嫁接繁殖,不同季節(jié)嫁接的結(jié)果表明成活率相差最大的是石碌含笑,石碌含笑春季嫁接成活率為62%,秋季嫁接成活率為38%,相差高達(dá)24%;同一季節(jié)嫁接的結(jié)果表明金葉含笑利用白玉蘭做砧木進(jìn)行嫁接的成活率最高,春季達(dá)到72%,秋季達(dá)到61%。 (6)通過對(duì)21種含笑屬植物生態(tài)習(xí)性的調(diào)查表明,含笑屬樹種是我國(guó)常綠闊葉林的重要組成樹種。其花、葉、果俱美,有較高的觀賞價(jià)值,并且對(duì)不良環(huán)境有一定的抗性和適應(yīng)性。它們?cè)诰G化、美化環(huán)境,維持城市生態(tài)平衡等方面可起到重要作用,是具有廣闊開發(fā)前景的園林綠化植物。
[Abstract]:There are more than 80 species of Michelia (Magnoliaceaeaceae), distributed in tropical, subtropical and temperate regions of Asia. There are about 70 species in China, mainly from southwest to southeast of China, and most of them are evergreen trees or shrubs, most of which are evergreen trees or shrubs. It is a valuable resource of wood germplasm, such as wood, medicine, oil and so on. It is also a world-famous ornamental and landscaping tree species. In this paper, the comprehensive research and evaluation of the genus Apocynum are carried out to speed up the process of urban garden greening and enrich the research significance of garden greening tree species. At the same time, it provides the theoretical basis for the introduction and domestication of the genus Comelia. On the basis of summing up the existing research results, this paper carried out some experiments of propagation of some species, carried out different cutting substrates and different concentrations of hormones. At the same time, the ecological habits of 21 species of the genus Hydophyllum were studied, and the experiments were carried out in different periods and different seasons and different ways of grafting. And the distribution and growth of 21 species of the genus Cynomorpha in the campus of Central South University of Forestry Science and Technology were investigated. The results showed that perlite matrix had the best reproductive effect on Malipo. Using Magnolia Magnolia as rootstock for grafting propagation, the results of grafting in different seasons showed that the biggest difference in survival rate was in Shilu and Miao. The survival rate of grafting was 62% in spring and 38% in autumn, and the difference was as high as 24% in the same season. The result of grafting in the same season showed that the survival rate of Magnolia chinensis grafted on stock was the highest, which reached 72% in spring and 61% in autumn. (6) the investigation on ecological habits of 21 species of the genus Agaricus shows that it is an important component of evergreen broad-leaved forest in China, and its flowers, leaves and fruits are all beautiful and have high ornamental value. They can play an important role in greening, beautifying the environment and maintaining the ecological balance of the city.
