【摘要】：定義了綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo)敏感性的概念,指出了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)敏感性研究意義與研究方法。通過對(duì)美國(guó)新建建筑綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系LEED-NC認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)得分率統(tǒng)計(jì),從可持續(xù)場(chǎng)地、水資源利用效率、能源與大氣、材料與資源、室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量5個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)大類的角度,分析了LEED-NC2009評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的敏感性,并總結(jié)出其中敏感性較弱的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)敏感性較弱的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了成因分析,結(jié)合LEED-NC4.0版本修訂,提出在評(píng)價(jià)體系完善過程中對(duì)弱敏感性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:This paper defines the concept of index sensitivity of green building evaluation system, and points out the research significance and research method of evaluation index sensitivity. In this paper, the sensitivity of LEED-NC2009 evaluation index is analyzed from five major evaluation categories: water use efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality. Based on the analysis of the causes of the indicators with weak sensitivity and the revision of the LEED-NC4.0 version, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the weak sensitivity indicators in the process of improving the evaluation system.
