【摘要】：隨著時代飛速變革,我國城市建設(shè)蓬勃發(fā)展,繼而出現(xiàn)大量的城市綜合體,越來越多的綜合體對于擴(kuò)大城市空間的復(fù)合利用,以及提升城市的建設(shè)投資效率和集約化能力均擁有巨大的現(xiàn)實意義,并且能夠促進(jìn)城市功能復(fù)合性的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究表明,城市綜合體的建設(shè)與城市的發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。在城市綜合體的設(shè)計過程中,如何有效地將繁多的城市功能復(fù)合成為一體、促進(jìn)城市的集約化發(fā)展、同時提升城市資源的利用率,是一個亟待解決的問題。智慧城市基于城市各個關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)的智能協(xié)作,以數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和智能化的信息技術(shù)設(shè)施為基礎(chǔ),從而確保城市的良性運行。城市綜合體自身的復(fù)合化功能與高度聯(lián)通作用能夠成為智慧城市發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)中可供協(xié)調(diào)各個系統(tǒng)的重要智慧性功能節(jié)點。在此視角下,基于智慧城市的城市綜合體建筑具有自身在建筑空間與環(huán)境景觀上的特質(zhì)。因此將城市綜合體的研究納入智慧城市背景是必要且實際可行的。本文基于對智慧城市的概念和發(fā)展前景的研究,針對城市的綜合體的模式概念,從分析城市綜合體的作用、智慧型城市綜合體的建筑與空間以及智慧型城市綜合體的景觀與空間等三個方面展開論述。本文首先分析如何將智慧城市的內(nèi)涵和模式應(yīng)用于城市的實際發(fā)展中,以及如何將智慧型城市的需求與城市綜合體的需求有效結(jié)合在一起;以智慧城市發(fā)展為切入點,找尋城市綜合體存在與發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實依據(jù),深入分析了城市綜合體的功能作用。其次,對智慧型城市綜合體的建筑與空間進(jìn)行研究,主要包括分析城市的發(fā)展與城市綜合體中建筑與空間之間的關(guān)系,同時研究上述兩者之間的相互影響。最后,對城市綜合體的景觀設(shè)計進(jìn)行集中研究,以期在進(jìn)一步提升城市綜合體的生態(tài)文化內(nèi)涵的同時,增強(qiáng)生活市民的愉悅感。本文通過對國內(nèi)外城市綜合體建筑設(shè)計中總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行借鑒和分析,結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前的城市綜合體設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀,探索能夠使新型的城市綜合體更加具有智慧型、人性化以及系統(tǒng)化的研究方法。在分析智慧城市的特征、功能與城市綜合體兩者關(guān)系之間的基礎(chǔ)上,從建筑空間設(shè)計及城市景觀設(shè)計等方面研究了智慧城市與城市綜合體之間的相同點,同時對發(fā)展城市綜合體提出具有建設(shè)性的方法和構(gòu)思。
[Abstract]:With the rapid change of the times, the urban construction in our country is booming, and then a large number of urban complexes have emerged, and more and more complexes have expanded the compound utilization of urban space. And to improve the construction investment efficiency and intensive ability of the city has great practical significance, and can promote the sustainable development of urban functional complex. The construction of the urban complex is closely related to the development of the city. In the design of the urban complex, how to effectively combine various urban functions into one, promote the intensive development of the city, and promote the utilization of urban resources at the same time, Intelligent City is based on the intelligent collaboration of key systems in the city, and is based on digital, networked and intelligent information technology facilities. So as to ensure the benign operation of the city, the compound function and highly connected function of the urban complex itself can become the important intelligent function node in the intelligent city development network which can coordinate the various systems. The urban complex building based on the wisdom city has its own characteristics in the architectural space and the environment landscape. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to bring the study of the urban complex into the intelligent city background. Study on the concept and Development prospects of City, According to the concept of urban complex model, the function of urban complex is analyzed. The architecture and space of intelligent urban complex and the landscape and space of intelligent urban complex are discussed. Firstly, this paper analyzes how to apply the connotation and mode of intelligent city to the actual development of city. And how to effectively combine the needs of intelligent cities with the needs of urban complexes, and find the realistic basis for the existence and development of urban complexes by taking the development of intelligent cities as the starting point. The function of urban complex is deeply analyzed. Secondly, the architecture and space of intelligent urban complex are studied, including the analysis of the relationship between urban development and architecture and space in urban complex. At the same time, the interaction between the two is studied. Finally, the landscape design of urban complex is focused on, in order to further enhance the ecological and cultural connotation of urban complex at the same time, Based on the experience in the design of urban complex architecture at home and abroad, combined with the current situation of urban complex design in China, To explore the new urban complex more intelligent, human and systematic research methods. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics, functions and the relationship between the urban complex and the intelligent city, From the aspects of architectural space design and urban landscape design, this paper studies the similarities between intelligent city and urban complex, and puts forward constructive methods and ideas for the development of urban complex.
