室內(nèi)光環(huán)境對(duì)工作效率的影響研究

【摘要】:辦公室作為日常工作與交流的重要場(chǎng)所,其內(nèi)部照明質(zhì)量將直接影響到工作氛圍和人們的心理和生理,從而對(duì)人們工作效率產(chǎn)生影響。本文的研究目的就是針對(duì)不同的認(rèn)知能力進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,同時(shí)結(jié)合主觀評(píng)價(jià)和生理反應(yīng),,分析辦公室中不同的照度條件對(duì)工作效率產(chǎn)生的影響,從而得出不同工作任務(wù)所需的最適合照度條件。 本文首先分析了室內(nèi)光環(huán)境對(duì)工作效率的影響機(jī)制模型,同時(shí)結(jié)合認(rèn)知心理學(xué)和生理學(xué)知識(shí),闡述了工作效率的評(píng)價(jià)方法,建立了工作效率的評(píng)價(jià)模型,并且針對(duì)光環(huán)境,選取了代表性的認(rèn)知能力測(cè)試項(xiàng)目;然后,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了不同照度條件對(duì)人們的主觀評(píng)價(jià)、認(rèn)知能力和生理反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的影響,分析得出人們工作效率最高時(shí)的照度條件;最后,利用DIALux軟件,模擬了辦公室中不同的光環(huán)境模型,并通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,得出適合辦公環(huán)境的最佳燈具分布模型。本文的主要研究成果如下: 1)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)中設(shè)置不同的照度條件,研究了照度對(duì)認(rèn)知能力的影響,得出照度對(duì)認(rèn)知任務(wù)的輸出績(jī)效有顯著影響,而且照度在300-500Lux時(shí)認(rèn)知任務(wù)的輸出績(jī)效最高。 2)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了照度對(duì)生理的影響,得出心率和血壓隨照度的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,照度對(duì)心率的影響較大,心率隨照度的增加而增加,對(duì)其它生理參數(shù)沒有顯著影響。 3)本文基于重慶大學(xué)某辦公室,利用DIALux軟件模擬了不同的室內(nèi)空間光環(huán)境模型,并通過(guò)對(duì)比分析不同模型的模擬結(jié)果,得出了最佳的燈具布置模式。 4)基于認(rèn)知能力的考查方法,提出了評(píng)價(jià)工作效率的三個(gè)指標(biāo),即準(zhǔn)確率(AC)、反應(yīng)時(shí)間(RT)和綜合績(jī)效(PI)。
[Abstract]:As an important place for daily work and communication, the internal lighting quality of the office will directly affect the working atmosphere and people's psychology and physiology. The purpose of this paper is to carry out experimental research on different cognitive abilities and analyze the influence of different illuminance conditions on work efficiency by combining subjective evaluation and physiological reaction. Thus, the most suitable illumination conditions for different tasks are obtained. This paper first analyzes the mechanism model of the influence of indoor light environment on work efficiency, at the same time, combined with cognitive psychology and physiological knowledge, expounds the evaluation method of work efficiency, establishes the evaluation model of work efficiency, and aims at the light environment. Then, the effects of different illumination conditions on subjective evaluation, cognitive ability and physiological response of people are studied through experiments, and the illuminance conditions when people work with the highest efficiency are analyzed. Finally, the different light environment models in the office are simulated by using DIALux software, and through comparison and analysis, the best light distribution model suitable for the office environment is obtained. The main research results of this paper are as follows:. 1) the effects of illumination on cognitive ability were studied by setting different illuminance conditions in the experiment. The results showed that illumination had significant effect on the output performance of cognitive task, and the output performance of cognitive task was the highest in 300-500Lux. 2) the effects of illuminance on physiology were studied experimentally, and the variation of heart rate and blood pressure with illumination was obtained. The results showed that illumination had a great effect on heart rate, and the heart rate increased with the increase of illumination, but had no significant effect on other physiological parameters. 3) based on a certain office of Chongqing University, this paper simulates different indoor spatial light environment models by using DIALux software, and through comparing and analyzing the simulation results of different models, the best arrangement mode of lamps and lanterns is obtained. 4) based on the test method of cognitive ability, three indexes are put forward to evaluate the work efficiency, that is, the accuracy rate, the reaction time and the synthetic performance.
