【摘要】：針對控制施工揚(yáng)塵排放這一目標(biāo),對現(xiàn)有的政策措施進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合目前工程實(shí)際情況,從保進(jìn)度、降成本等角度出發(fā),提出合理組織施工、合理實(shí)施監(jiān)管、進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、提高人們環(huán)保素質(zhì)等措施以補(bǔ)充和完善現(xiàn)行政策與措施,從而達(dá)到既實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理的目標(biāo)又減少施工揚(yáng)塵排放以遏制霧霾的目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the goal of controlling dust emission in construction, this paper analyzes the existing policies and measures, and combines with the actual situation of the project at present, from the point of view of ensuring progress and reducing cost, puts forward the reasonable organization of construction and the reasonable implementation of supervision. The measures of technological innovation and improvement of people's environmental protection quality can supplement and perfect the current policies and measures so as to achieve both the goal of project management and the reduction of construction dust emissions in order to contain haze.
