【摘要】:智能家居是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在家居生活中的應(yīng)用,它融合了信息采集、數(shù)據(jù)通信、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、數(shù)據(jù)分析、軟件設(shè)計(jì)、電器設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)能環(huán)保等一系列的技術(shù)。最近幾年,隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們依據(jù)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)感知層、傳輸層、應(yīng)用層三層結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)智能家居技術(shù)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究。其中針對(duì)智能家居的感知層、傳輸層已有一系列的研究與應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì),但相對(duì)缺少對(duì)應(yīng)用層中用戶(hù)行為分析的研究,這不能滿(mǎn)足人們對(duì)家居生活環(huán)境越來(lái)越高的要求。因此為了智能家居向著更人性化、環(huán)保、智能的方向發(fā)展,本文提出利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對(duì)家居中用戶(hù)行為進(jìn)行分析,從而為智能家居控制策略的制定提供理論依據(jù)。 首先,本文對(duì)智能家居的控制方式以及智能家居中常見(jiàn)的情景模式、用戶(hù)行為進(jìn)行分析。這部分工作將為智能家居用戶(hù)行為挖掘算法的選擇與制定指明方向。 然后,,本文根據(jù)前面的相關(guān)調(diào)查分析,確定使用何種挖掘算法并進(jìn)行相關(guān)驗(yàn)證。在這部分,首先從數(shù)據(jù)分析方法入手,確定通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對(duì)智能家居用戶(hù)行為進(jìn)行分析。然后探討各種挖掘應(yīng)用,并最終確定使用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則技術(shù)、聚類(lèi)技術(shù)以及動(dòng)態(tài)挖掘相關(guān)方法對(duì)智能家居用戶(hù)行為進(jìn)行分析。之后本文針對(duì)使用的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入分析。最后,本文使用現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中采集到的用戶(hù)生活行為數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)想法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最終得出該用戶(hù)的行為習(xí)慣、日常家居行為模式,為該用戶(hù)的智能家居系統(tǒng)控制策略的制定提供了可靠的理論依據(jù)。 最后,本文針對(duì)挖掘結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)了智能家居環(huán)境以及控制策略,根據(jù)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)三層模型,改善了智能家居用戶(hù)行為模式挖掘系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)較為完整的基于模式挖掘的智能家居系統(tǒng)。這對(duì)于推動(dòng)智能家居系統(tǒng)向著更加智能化、人性化、環(huán)保的方向發(fā)展有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Smart home is the application of Internet of things technology in home life. It combines a series of technologies such as information collection, data communication, data storage, data analysis, software design, electrical design, energy saving and environmental protection. With the development of the Internet of things technology, according to the three layers of the perceptual layer, transmission layer and application layer of the Internet of things, the smart home technology has been studied. The transport layer has a series of research and application design, but the research of user behavior analysis in the application layer is relatively lacking, which can not meet the higher and higher requirements of the living environment of the home. Therefore, in order to make the intelligent home more humanized and environmentally friendly, With the development of intelligence, this paper proposes to use data mining technology to analyze the behavior of users in the home, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of intelligent home control strategy. First of all, this paper analyzes the control mode of smart home, the common scene mode and user behavior in smart home, which will point out the direction of selecting and formulating intelligent home user behavior mining algorithm. Then, according to the previous related investigation and analysis, this paper determines which mining algorithm to use and carries on the correlation verification. In this part, first of all, starting with the data analysis method, It is determined to analyze the behavior of smart home users through data mining technology, and then explore various mining applications, and finally determine the use of association rules technology, Clustering technology and dynamic mining related methods are used to analyze the behavior of smart home users. In this paper, we use the user life behavior data collected in real life to verify the idea, and finally get the user's behavior habits, daily home behavior patterns, It provides a reliable theoretical basis for the formulation of the intelligent home system control strategy. Finally, according to the mining results, this paper designs the intelligent home environment and control strategy, according to the three-layer model of the Internet of things, Improved the intelligent home user behavior pattern mining system. Designed a relatively complete intelligent home system based on pattern mining. This will promote the intelligent home system towards more intelligent and humanized. The direction of environmental protection has certain reference value.
