【摘要】：城市的發(fā)展存在著諸多不確定性因素,規(guī)劃好的綠地空間隨時都有可能改變。這種改變是提前無法預知的。例如事先預留的城市綠色設施用地往往在開發(fā)建設中被其他用地侵占,后期加建的城市開放空間不能與原有城市綠色基礎設施網(wǎng)絡及開放空間形成體系,綠色空間難以適應周邊用地性質(zhì)的調(diào)整,綠色空間的彈性變化往往只針對某一特性規(guī)劃層面等。這種改變時提前無法預知的,所以,為了應對這類突發(fā)式變化,綠色基礎設施系統(tǒng)必須要有彈性規(guī)劃。彈性理論是針對特定規(guī)劃層面的生態(tài)環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟狀況,并且能夠有效結合不同尺度的規(guī)劃設計,最終形成一種規(guī)劃層面的戰(zhàn)略性思維。主要是利用人工開敞空間來維持原生態(tài)環(huán)境物種和生態(tài)過程可持續(xù)發(fā)展,保護空氣和水資源并提高社區(qū)和人民生活質(zhì)量的相互連接的巨大網(wǎng)絡。綠色基礎設施網(wǎng)絡側重于對自然系統(tǒng)所提供的生態(tài)、社會和經(jīng)濟綜合效益的積極探究和轉(zhuǎn)化,以期在傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)保護的基礎上創(chuàng)造更加高效和可持續(xù)的土地利用及發(fā)展模式。 在此背景下,論文以綠色基礎設施為理論基礎,將城市規(guī)劃彈性設計方法體系作為研究對象,試圖探尋一條適合我國城市綠色基礎設施彈性規(guī)劃模式的道路。從城市規(guī)劃彈性原則的視角對綠色基礎設施理念開展研究,首先,提出研究的新角度,挖掘綠色基礎設施與城市規(guī)劃彈性之間的切合點。從綠色基礎設施與城市彈性規(guī)劃的基礎理論入手,結合國內(nèi)外相關理論和案例分析其次,在城市規(guī)劃彈性基礎上進行精細化的分析,通過國內(nèi)外綠色基礎設施建設的對比,歸納整理出可借鑒的經(jīng)驗,從而推動綠色基礎設施在我國城市設計實施中的有效應用和發(fā)展。最后,依據(jù)國內(nèi)外案例的分析和梳理的結果,結合我國國情,針對現(xiàn)代城市綠色基礎設施彈性規(guī)劃的發(fā)展、困境進行論述和研究問題產(chǎn)生的原因及未來發(fā)展趨勢,并指出我國在城市綠色基礎設施方面的規(guī)劃與實施的對策,對我國綠色基礎設施的建立提供詳實的基礎資料和有力的依據(jù)。論文共分為六個章節(jié)。 第一章：緒論。介紹論文研究的背景和緣起,并結合國內(nèi)外綠色基礎設施的研究現(xiàn)狀及對比,得出本論文的學術思想和研究側重點,指出論文的研究方法和寫作框架。 第二章：綠色基礎設施的概念界定及理論體系。結合前人的研究成果,對本論文的關鍵問題進行基礎理論歸納,譬如對綠色基礎設施的相關概念、理論基礎、內(nèi)涵與價值效益等知識的梳理,進而得出綠色基礎設施的構建方法。 第三章：綠色基礎設施規(guī)劃的規(guī)模彈性與空間彈性。從彈性規(guī)劃的理論與體系建構、綠色基礎設施的規(guī)模彈性、空間彈性三個方面進行分析研究。 第四章：依托綠色基礎設施建設的城市彈性規(guī)劃案例分析。本章節(jié)針對綠色基礎設施列舉國外、國內(nèi)的城市彈性規(guī)劃案例進行研究,并從對比分析中總結歸納出經(jīng)驗教訓。為課題的理論策略提出實證。 第五章：現(xiàn)代城市綠色基礎設施彈性規(guī)劃的發(fā)展、困境及實施對策。本章節(jié)主要是結合時代背景,以“發(fā)展狀況”——“存在問題”——“產(chǎn)生原因、未來趨勢”——“實施對策”的線索來進行研究。 第六章：結論與展望。總結論文的研究成果、研究特色,并指出研究的不足之處。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with this type of sudden change , the green infrastructure system must have an elastic planning . In order to cope with such sudden changes , the green space cannot be adapted to the original urban green infrastructure network and the open space forming system , and the green space is difficult to adapt to the nature of surrounding land . Therefore , in order to deal with the change of the environment , the green space can be effectively combined with the planning level of the surrounding land .

Based on the theory of green infrastructure , the paper tries to find a way to suit China ' s urban green infrastructure elastic planning model .

Chapter One : Introduction . Introduce the background and origin of the thesis research , and combine the research situation and the contrast of green infrastructure at home and abroad , draw the academic thought and research focus of this paper , point out the research method and the writing frame of the thesis .

Chapter 2 : The concept of green infrastructure and the theoretical system . Based on the previous research results , the key problems of this paper are summarized , such as the concept of green infrastructure , the theoretical foundation , the connotation and the value benefit , and then the construction method of the green infrastructure is obtained .

Chapter 3 : The scale elasticity and the elasticity of the green infrastructure planning . From the theory and system construction of the elastic planning , the analysis and research are carried out in three aspects : the theory and system construction of the green infrastructure , the scale elasticity of the green infrastructure and the elasticity of the space .

Chapter Four : Based on the case study of urban elastic planning based on green infrastructure construction , this chapter studies the urban elastic planning cases in foreign countries and domestic and summarizes the lessons learned from the comparative analysis .

Chapter 5 : The development , predicament and countermeasure of the elastic planning of green infrastructure in modern city . This chapter is mainly based on the background of the times , with the clue of the " development situation " _ " existence question " _ " production reason , future trend " _ " implementation countermeasure " .

Chapter 6 : Conclusions and prospects , summarizes the research results and research features of the thesis , and points out the shortcomings of the research .
