【摘要】：建筑節(jié)能是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,減輕環(huán)境污染,緩解我國(guó)能源緊張矛盾的一項(xiàng)措施。針對(duì)我國(guó)絕大部分既有行政辦公建筑高能耗的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)既有行政辦公建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造是我國(guó)節(jié)能減排的重點(diǎn)工作之一。既有行政辦公建筑節(jié)能改造工程設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)在探索中進(jìn)行的新的設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,也是一項(xiàng)非常重要的技術(shù)型工作,同時(shí)也是設(shè)計(jì)人員在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中面臨的一個(gè)新課題。他不是在老建筑外套上一個(gè)新外衣的形象工程,而是把建筑節(jié)能工程貫穿整個(gè)建筑實(shí)體改造的建造過(guò)程。本文選擇嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)位于遼寧中部的鞍山地區(qū)既有行政辦公建筑節(jié)能改造為研究對(duì)象。在夏季和冬季兩個(gè)極端氣候環(huán)境下,走訪、調(diào)研了四十多個(gè)當(dāng)?shù)丶扔行姓k公單位的建筑,選擇了鐵東區(qū)焦耐設(shè)計(jì)院辦公樓、鐵西區(qū)國(guó)家稅務(wù)局辦公樓和開發(fā)區(qū)達(dá)道灣鎮(zhèn)政府辦公樓為測(cè)試對(duì)象,結(jié)合鞍山地區(qū)的氣候特征和既有行政辦公建筑能耗情況的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)不同建筑節(jié)能改造方法、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)改造方法、節(jié)能材料的選擇進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,模擬建筑能耗,詳細(xì)計(jì)算節(jié)能改造的成本和性價(jià)比,最終選出生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適合鞍山地區(qū)既有行政辦公建筑的節(jié)能改造設(shè)計(jì)策略,為今后開展大量既有行政辦公建筑節(jié)能改造提供參考。
[Abstract]:Building energy saving is a measure to promote sustainable development of economy, reduce environmental pollution and alleviate energy tension and contradiction in our country. In view of the present situation of high energy consumption of most of the existing administrative office buildings in our country, Energy-saving renovation of existing administrative office buildings is one of the key tasks of energy saving and emission reduction in our country. The design of energy-saving reconstruction engineering of existing administrative office buildings is a new design field in the process of exploration. It's also a very important technical job, and it's also a new topic for designers in architectural design. He's not an image project on a new coat in an old building. This paper chooses the existing administrative office building in the cold area in the middle of Liaoning province as the research object. In the summer and winter, the research object is the energy-saving transformation of the administrative office building in the cold area of Anshan, which is located in the central part of Liaoning Province. In extreme weather, During the visit, more than 40 buildings with existing local administrative offices were investigated, and the office buildings of the Chiao Nai Design Institute in Tiedong District, the State Taxation Office Building in Tiexi District and the Dadawan Town Government Office Building in the Development Zone were selected as test subjects. Combined with the climate characteristics of Anshan area and the statistics of energy consumption of the existing administrative office buildings, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the different building energy saving reconstruction methods, the envelope structure reconstruction methods, and the selection of energy-saving materials, based on the analysis of the energy consumption situation of the existing administrative office buildings. Simulation of building energy consumption, detailed calculation of the cost and cost of energy-saving transformation, the final selection of ecological, economic suitable for the existing administrative office buildings in Anshan area energy-saving transformation design strategy, For the future to carry out a large number of existing administrative office buildings energy-saving transformation to provide a reference.
