【摘要】：國內(nèi)伴隨我國老齡化問題的日趨嚴(yán)重,以“居家養(yǎng)老為主體、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老為依托”的養(yǎng)老模式成為養(yǎng)老的主要趨勢。由于老年人對醫(yī)療需求的量較其他年齡段的人群高出很多,且逐年提高,使得現(xiàn)有社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施配置情況與老年人需求出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重偏差,問題日益明顯。較國內(nèi)外研究或從供應(yīng)角度或從需求需單一角度研究帶來的不足,本文將從供需結(jié)合的角度研究社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施的配置,與現(xiàn)有研究形成具有一定的差異。本文主要對重慶五里店街道的社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施的配置內(nèi)容、規(guī)模和選址布局進(jìn)行了研究。在社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施配置內(nèi)容方面,從供應(yīng)角度出發(fā),通過跨學(xué)科綜合分析對社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施的職能進(jìn)行梳理、篩選各界學(xué)者以提高老年生活質(zhì)量為研究目的的配置項目,再從需求角度,通過問卷調(diào)研獲取老年人的實際需求,最后將兩部分結(jié)合分析,得到配置的具體內(nèi)容;在配置規(guī)模方面,從供需結(jié)合角度,考慮老年人實際能力和設(shè)施的服務(wù)能力,將設(shè)施劃分層級,確定各層級設(shè)施其服務(wù)半徑和服務(wù)人口規(guī)模;在設(shè)施的選址和空間布局方面,通過總結(jié)選址及布局影響因素,對設(shè)施布局現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評價,然后使用GIS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,模擬出布局結(jié)果,接著使用兩步移動搜尋法對模擬結(jié)果從供需角度進(jìn)行評價,將評價結(jié)果與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對比,找出不足并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行適當(dāng)修正,從而獲得最終結(jié)果。希望本文的研究能夠為社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施配置提供研究角度和研究方法上的參考,并對重慶五里店街道的社區(qū)老年醫(yī)療設(shè)施優(yōu)化配置,提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the aging problem becoming more and more serious in our country, the old-age support model, which is based on the "home old-age care" and "community old-age support", has become the main trend of the old-age pension, because the amount of medical care demand of the elderly is much higher than that of the other age groups. And it is increasing year by year, which makes the allocation of medical facilities for the elderly in the existing community seriously deviate from the needs of the elderly, and the problem is increasingly obvious, which is more insufficient than that brought by domestic and foreign research or from the point of view of supply or from a single angle of demand. This paper will study the allocation of community geriatric medical facilities from the angle of combination of supply and demand, which is different from the existing research. From the perspective of supply, the functions of community geriatric medical facilities are combed through interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis. To select the allocation items for the purpose of improving the quality of life of the elderly, and then obtain the actual needs of the elderly through questionnaire survey from the perspective of demand, and finally combine the two parts of the analysis to get the specific content of the allocation; In terms of allocation scale, considering the actual capacity of the elderly and the service capacity of the facilities from the point of view of the combination of supply and demand, the facilities are divided into levels, and their service radius and service population scale are determined; in terms of the location and spatial layout of the facilities, Through summing up the location and layout influencing factors, evaluating the present situation of facility layout, then using GIS network analysis to simulate the layout result, and then using two-step mobile search method to evaluate the simulation results from the point of view of supply and demand. Compare the evaluation results with the existing standards, find out the shortcomings and make appropriate corrections to the results, so as to obtain the final results. I hope that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the community geriatric medical facilities allocation research angle and research methods. And to Chongqing Wuli Dian street community geriatric medical facilities optimized allocation, provides the basis.
