基于BIM技術(shù)的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:綠色建筑是建筑業(yè)響應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略號(hào)召的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,近年來(lái),我國(guó)高度重視建筑行業(yè)的資源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題,制定了一系列的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和條例促進(jìn)綠色建筑的發(fā)展。綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的實(shí)施和完善對(duì)資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù)具有重要意義。目前,專家學(xué)者們對(duì)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究很多,但是對(duì)結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)開展的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究卻很少。BIM技術(shù)可對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期的全部信息進(jìn)行高效管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享?紤]建筑行業(yè)信息化的轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢(shì),本研究具有一定的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文以綠色建筑為研究對(duì)象,主要目的是建立客觀的評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化模型。在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、模型構(gòu)建法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)證分析法等方法展開研究。首先,對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的基本框架,分為節(jié)能、節(jié)地、節(jié)水、節(jié)材、室內(nèi)環(huán)境和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理六個(gè)方面。這六個(gè)方面的分析評(píng)價(jià)都能通過(guò)BIM軟件模擬而得,本文選擇以節(jié)能評(píng)價(jià)為例展開研究,并對(duì)體系中可量化的指標(biāo)及其量化方法進(jìn)行細(xì)化分析。其次,構(gòu)建BIM模型,使用BIM軟件進(jìn)行可持續(xù)分析,將分析結(jié)果與綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)相聯(lián)系,對(duì)導(dǎo)致分析結(jié)果的原因進(jìn)行探究,選擇重要影響因子確定為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,結(jié)合貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)確定指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建BIM-Bayes綜合評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化模型;利用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)的推理功能,提出改進(jìn)綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)化建議,并選取南京大廠區(qū)葛塘鎮(zhèn)的一棟建筑來(lái)分析驗(yàn)證模型的合理性。本文的研究?jī)r(jià)值在于建立了操作性強(qiáng)、簡(jiǎn)單便捷的BIM-Bayes綜合評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化模型,體現(xiàn)在以下兩點(diǎn):第一,以設(shè)計(jì)為導(dǎo)向,設(shè)計(jì)者可根據(jù)分析結(jié)果直接在BIM模型中進(jìn)行修改;第二,貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)可直接計(jì)算終節(jié)點(diǎn)的綜合概率值,省去復(fù)雜的權(quán)重計(jì)算過(guò)程。BIM技術(shù)通過(guò)性能模擬和性能分析評(píng)價(jià),將綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)間點(diǎn)前置,降低了建筑對(duì)環(huán)境的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的補(bǔ)充和完善。
[Abstract]:Green building is the application practice of the construction industry in response to the call of sustainable development strategy. In recent years, China attaches great importance to the construction industry's resources and environment problems. A series of standards and regulations have been formulated to promote the development of green building. The implementation and improvement of green building evaluation system is of great significance to the conservation of resources and environmental protection. At present, experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the evaluation method of green building. However, the research of green building evaluation method based on BIM technology is few. BIM technology can efficiently manage all the information in the whole life cycle of the construction project and realize the information sharing. This study has some theoretical value and practical application value. The main purpose of this paper is to establish an objective evaluation and optimization model for green building. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, we use literature review method, model construction method, First of all, comparative analysis of the common domestic and foreign green building evaluation index system, determine the basic framework of evaluation indicators, divided into energy-saving, land-saving, water-saving, water-saving, material saving, There are six aspects of indoor environment and operation management. The analysis and evaluation of these six aspects can be obtained through the simulation of BIM software. This paper chooses the energy conservation evaluation as an example to carry out the research. The quantifiable indexes and their quantification methods in the system are analyzed in detail. Secondly, the BIM model is constructed, and the sustainable analysis is carried out by using BIM software. The analysis results are related to the evaluation indexes of green buildings. This paper probes into the reasons leading to the analysis results and selects the important influence factors as the evaluation index system. Finally, combined with the relationship between the indexes determined by Bayesian network, the optimization model of comprehensive evaluation of BIM-Bayes is constructed, and the reasoning function of Bayesian network is utilized. The optimization suggestion of improving the design scheme of green building is put forward, and a building in Getang Town, Nanjing Dachang District, is selected to analyze and verify the rationality of the model. The research value of this paper lies in the establishment of strong maneuverability. The simple and convenient BIM-Bayes comprehensive evaluation optimization model is embodied in the following two aspects: first, the designer can modify the BIM model directly according to the results of the analysis, and secondly, the designer can modify the model directly according to the analysis results. Bayesian network can directly calculate the comprehensive probability value of the terminal node, and eliminate the complicated weight calculation process. BIM technology can put the green building evaluation before the time point through performance simulation and performance analysis and evaluation, thus reducing the impact of the building on the environment.
