【摘要】:能源問題和環(huán)境問題是當前國際社會關(guān)注的熱點,而這都與建筑業(yè)巨大的能源消耗密不可分。因此,建筑節(jié)能受到空前的關(guān)注,而隨著綠色建筑、零能耗建筑、低能耗建筑在世界各國的興起更是將建筑節(jié)能工作推向一個空前的高度。建筑節(jié)能工作貫穿建筑的設(shè)計、施工、運行管理的各個方面,建筑能耗模擬也隨之興起。 BIM通過參數(shù)化的設(shè)計方法給建筑行業(yè)帶來了新的沖擊,國內(nèi)BIM技術(shù)正處于發(fā)展階段。一個完善的信息模型,能夠連接建筑工程生命期中不同階段的數(shù)據(jù)、過程和資源,是對工程對象的完整描述,可被建設(shè)工程各參與方普遍采用。完善建筑工程生命周期管理,實現(xiàn)建筑工程生命期各階段的工程性能、質(zhì)量、安全、進度、成本及運營管理,對建設(shè)項目生命期總成本、能源消耗、環(huán)境影響等進行分析、預測和控制。 依據(jù)筆者多年的工作經(jīng)驗著重分析了BIM技術(shù)在建筑工程管理各個階段的具體應用。最后本文根據(jù)將BIM技術(shù)應用到實際的規(guī)劃設(shè)計當中,對某小區(qū)進行了整體規(guī)劃,并選取該小區(qū)內(nèi)一棟大型公共建筑進行了綠色建筑的設(shè)計及優(yōu)化設(shè)計。通過對BIM技術(shù)的實際應用,對BIM技術(shù)應用到實際工程中的具體方法進行了初步探索。
[Abstract]:Energy problems and environmental problems are the hot spots of the current international community, which are closely related to the huge energy consumption of the construction industry. Therefore, building energy conservation has received unprecedented attention, and with the green building, zero energy consumption building, The rise of low energy consumption buildings in the world has pushed the building energy conservation work to an unprecedented height. Building energy conservation work runs through all aspects of building design, construction and operation management, and building energy consumption simulation also rises. BIM has brought a new impact to the construction industry through the parameterized design method. The domestic BIM technology is in the development stage. A perfect information model can connect the data, process and resources of different stages of the construction project life cycle. It is a complete description of the project object, which can be widely used by all the participants in the construction project. It can perfect the life cycle management of the construction project, and realize the engineering performance, quality, safety, schedule, cost and operation management of the construction project life cycle. Analyze, forecast and control the total cost, energy consumption and environmental impact of the construction project. According to the author's working experience for many years, the author emphatically analyzes the concrete application of BIM technology in every stage of construction engineering management. Finally, according to the application of BIM technology to the actual planning and design, this paper makes a whole plan for a certain district. A large public building in this area is selected to design and optimize the green building. Through the practical application of BIM technology, the concrete method of applying BIM technology to practical engineering is preliminarily explored.
