【摘要】:19世紀末20世紀初,中東鐵路的修筑催生并帶動了沿線近代東北地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)造了具有歷史、藝術、科學價值的文化遺存,受到多元文化和審美觀念的影響下形成了具有時代特征和地域特征的風情濃郁的城鎮(zhèn)形態(tài)。城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài)是城鎮(zhèn)各種要素在城鎮(zhèn)空間的分布關系,其實質是城鎮(zhèn)各種要素功能組織在地域空間上的投影。其城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài)的研究分為兩個層次,其一是城鎮(zhèn)整體空間形態(tài)層面,其二是城鎮(zhèn)空間結構及空間肌理層面。對于城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài)的研究有助于對中東鐵路城鎮(zhèn)建成時期整個鐵路城鎮(zhèn)體系的認知,以及對其主導影響因素的剖析。在歷史背景的大視角下,基于資料的梳理和歸納,文章提煉出中東鐵路沿線涵蓋了地理條件、資源特征及氣候因素等自然環(huán)境特征。對干線鐵路城鎮(zhèn)的形成與發(fā)展進行了梳理,剖析其初始形成期的經(jīng)濟與人文特征。對干線的城鎮(zhèn)職能體系進行研究,加上對于鐵路城鎮(zhèn)體系層級以及空間分布的特點的歸納,掌握初始時期中東鐵路城鎮(zhèn)體系的特點。本文研究,鐵路、文化等因素對城鎮(zhèn)空間結構和城鎮(zhèn)空間肌理作用有主導行。簡化鐵路形態(tài)并進行類型的歸納,提出了不同形態(tài)類型的鐵路影響下形成相應的城鎮(zhèn)空間結構。最后通過實地調研和文獻分析,結合當?shù)刈匀粭l件對中東鐵路沿線城鎮(zhèn)的空間結構進行了系統(tǒng)分析,通過類型學的方法,將地形與城鎮(zhèn)空間進行抽象的結合。依據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展條件的不同,提出了團塊狀布局結構、帶狀布局結構、放射狀布局結構幾種基本的空間結構類型。在鐵路沿線不同地貌的作用下,分別形成對應類型的鐵路城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài),通過實證的研究歸納其特點。這對于指導中東鐵路沿線城鎮(zhèn)保護、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the construction of the Middle East Railway gave birth to and promoted the development of towns in the Northeast region in the modern times along the route, and created cultural relics of historical, artistic and scientific value. Under the influence of multi-culture and aesthetic concept, a rich urban form with the characteristics of the times and the region has been formed. The urban spatial form is the distribution relationship of various urban elements in the urban space. The essence of it is the projection of the functional organization of various elements of the town in the regional space. The study of the urban spatial form can be divided into two levels: one is the overall spatial form of the town. The second is the spatial structure and texture of cities and towns. The study of urban spatial form is helpful to the cognition of the whole railway urban system in the Middle East railway cities and towns. From the perspective of historical background, based on the data combing and summing up, the paper abstracts the geographical conditions along the Middle East railway. The formation and development of trunk railway towns are combed out, the economic and human characteristics of the initial forming period are analyzed, and the urban function system of trunk lines is studied. In addition, the characteristics of railway urban system hierarchy and spatial distribution are summarized, and the characteristics of railway urban system in the Middle East during the initial period are grasped. Culture and other factors play a leading role in the urban spatial structure and the texture of urban space. This paper puts forward the formation of corresponding urban spatial structure under the influence of different types of railways. Finally, through field investigation and literature analysis, the spatial structure of cities and towns along the Middle East railway line is systematically analyzed in combination with local natural conditions. By means of typology, the terrain and the urban space are abstractly combined. According to the different conditions of urban development, the block layout structure and the banded layout structure are proposed. Several basic spatial structure types of radial layout structure. Under the action of different landforms along the railway line, the corresponding spatial forms of railway cities and towns are formed respectively. It is of great significance to guide the protection of cities and towns along the Middle East Railway and the development of urbanization.
