【摘要】：近些年來(lái)，隨著現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，人們對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量的要求也進(jìn)一步提高，如何規(guī)劃和建設(shè)適合人類居住的生態(tài)城市，滿足人們對(duì)生態(tài)需求的問(wèn)題顯得尤為重要。21世紀(jì)是生態(tài)化的世紀(jì)，是人類從工業(yè)社會(huì)過(guò)渡到生態(tài)社會(huì)的一個(gè)質(zhì)的飛躍，在城市建設(shè)中，哪個(gè)城市建設(shè)更生態(tài)，哪個(gè)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展就更穩(wěn)定，人們的生活就會(huì)更安逸。因此，生態(tài)城市建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為今后城市建設(shè)的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。人們?cè)谡J(rèn)識(shí)世界改造世界的同時(shí)要深刻理解生態(tài)文明、以及在生態(tài)文明視域下的城市是如何建設(shè)起來(lái)的。 城市是人類現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的集中表述，城市生態(tài)文明的建設(shè)則是產(chǎn)生生態(tài)文明的基礎(chǔ)。本文著重從生態(tài)文明視域下的角度出發(fā)闡述了城市的環(huán)境問(wèn)題、社會(huì)問(wèn)題、經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題。文中首先提出了什么是生態(tài)文明的內(nèi)涵，并進(jìn)一步分析了生態(tài)文明城市的內(nèi)容及其主要特征。其次，運(yùn)用生態(tài)文明視域下分析了城市建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。最后，又論述了在今后城市建設(shè)中怎樣更好的給國(guó)家填綠、填光彩。并提倡了要走生態(tài)文明的道路來(lái)建設(shè)好城市的措施，為城市的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供了必要的條件，對(duì)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義，要將人—自然—社會(huì)和諧統(tǒng)一在一起，使城市走可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路，讓城市發(fā)展的更好，讓人們生活的更加安逸和諧。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of modern productive forces and the improvement of people's living standards, people's requirements for the quality of ecological environment have also been further raised. How to plan and build an ecological city suitable for human habitation, The 21st century is an ecological century, a qualitative leap from industrial society to ecological society. Which city is more ecological in urban construction? The economic and social development of the city will be more stable, people's life will be more comfortable. The construction of ecological city has become the focus of urban construction in the future. People should understand the ecological civilization and how to construct the city under the view of ecological civilization while understanding the world and transforming the world. City is the centralized expression in the process of human modernization, and the construction of urban ecological civilization is the basis of producing ecological civilization. This paper expounds the environmental and social problems of the city from the point of view of ecological civilization. In this paper, the connotation of ecological civilization is put forward, and the contents and main characteristics of ecological civilization city are analyzed. Secondly, the problems in urban construction are analyzed from the perspective of ecological civilization. It also discusses how to better fill the green and brilliance of the country in the future urban construction, and advocates the measures to build the city well by the way of ecological civilization, which provides the necessary conditions for the construction of the ecological civilization of the city. It is of practical significance to construct a harmonious socialist society. It is necessary to unify the harmony between man, nature and society, to make the city take the road of sustainable development, to make the city develop better, and to make people live more comfortably and harmoniously.
